Smaller hotel, far enough from the airport to not hear planes all night, but close enough to the highway for convenience. Not a fancy place, but clean and well kept. Included Breakfast was hot and fresh with enough variety. Near restaurants. Comfortable beds. Tub/shower was slippery.

Only reason for a 30 minute wait was due to just missing the ride. Shuttle had to return to hotel and drop off passengers before returning to pick us up. Tom, our driver, was extremely courteous and helpful. A welcome much appreciated after a long flight.

Overall an okay hotel.Very disappointed on a non secure long term parking. Breakfast not early enough for airport travelers. Shuttle not accessible for one in our group with mobility issues. A small portable step would have made a BIG difference.

Hotel was fine, but information about the shuttle was misleading. We ended up taking a cab to the airport in the morning for our flight because the shuttle doesn't start until 7 a.m. We also took a cab home from the airport back to the hotel because the wait was going to be more than 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hotel is obviously old but is clean. Parking lot entry can be a bit tricky if you are approaching from the other side of the street. There is another road that Google suggested but it was closed for repairs. The complimentary breakfast had several options including waffles, eggs, fruit, yogurt and cereals. The plumbing fixtures needed some attention as the toilet ran if the handle wasn't "jiggled" and the sink faucet leaked if not handled carefully. The hotel staff is doing well with this property. It is a good option for a single night's stay.

Hotel desperately needs updating and repairs. Breakfast is minimal, towels have holes, ice maker on our floor did not work.

Outstanding service when I needed to switch it by 24 hours. Outstanding service to shuttle me to the airport for departure, as well as back to the hotel upon arrival. Check-in was easy and prompt no issues there only one small issue is that the room, lax shampoo and conditioner other than that outstanding job and I look forward to coming back
