Country Inn & Suites O'Hare Airport - O'Hare International Airport

Everything went smooth and the staff and shuttle bus drivers were on time and personable!

Overall the country Inn was great and exactly what I needed to help make my trip less stressful. The staff was very accommodating with any requests I had, for the most part it was a clean place. I find it very common with a lot of other hotels that there are always noticeable cosmetic and maintenance issues that are needed.

Everything about the experience was incredible. The staff at reception when I checked in were very professional and very knowledgeable and made sure that I had all the details for the shuttle and what I needed to do. My return flight didn’t get in till after midnight all I had to do was go on this website and tell them I was ready for a shuttle and within 20 minutes the shuttle was there for me. I stayed the night before and the night I returned. Both rooms were incredibly clean and modern. It was nice that breakfast was included, and it was more than cereal and muffins. It also included hot items like eggs and sausage. I will definitely use this place again. Actually I was just looking up the website to book them for a trip in December. Five stars for Everything about this experience. Thank you.

This was clean and comfortable worth the money. Our vehicle was safe the whole time we were gone.

Ended up at the holiday Inn express next door since there was an elevator issue at country inn. Very nice new holiday Inn. Great breakfast

First time we used this type of service and it was great,hotel was clean, parking area was great the only negative thing was we had to wait for the shuttle after our flight due to the timing.

The hotel has rats running around outside all over the parking lot and right by the entrance. It was disgusting. The hotel is dingy and our room smelled bad.

The 1st night we ran out of hot water and the cell phone charging was Extremely Slow. The shuttle service is excellent. On the 2nd night, plenty of hot water. Bring your own charger for cell. They have a pool & an exercise room & the breakfast is good.

as we were getting ready to go to sleep,the power went out in the hotel and surrounding areas,due to a storm. fortunately the power was restored in a few hours and we were able to get some sleep and make the shuttle on time. everyone at the hotel was very nice

Quiet comfortable rooms. Excellent front desk service.

The windows leak when it rains so the floor was soaked in our room. When checking in the man told us that we could just come down anytime in the morning to get taken to airport that is not true it only runs at the top of the hour. Thank god we had gone down stairs to eat prior to wanting to leave; otherwise we would have been cutting it close to check in for our flight. Than we called after getting through customs at the airport the person on the other end of the phone said they would be right there. After 35 minutes (the hotel is less than 20 minutes away) I called again they said “we are on our way we will call when we get there”. After 60 minutes I recall and was told the same thing. They finally showed up at an hour and 20 minutes. It was ridiculous (to the point that the people directing traffic asked us if we called anyone). Thank god we didn’t have our children with us (it would have been nuts trying to keep them entertained and off the street for that long). This was on a Sunday not during rush hour and not during any sports or big event so there was no excuse. We will never stay there again.

Our experience at the hotel and the parking/ shuttle service for O’Hare was very positive overall. The hotel has some breakfast options starting at 3:00am which is very helpful since we had an early flight.

Zero hot water for morning shower.
