Red lion Inn Elk Grove Village - O'Hare International Airport

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was dated and room smelled heavily of air freshener, had to open the window. Shuttle service was good.

Very good hotel with good breakfast.

front desk, exceptional customer service. Hotel serves it purpose for flying out of ORD airport for a very reasonable price. Rooms are basic with bed and shower, but what else do you need. Hotel has a shuttle to take you to and from the airport which is included. The hotel made sure we were picked up upon arrival asap. again, not sure who was working front desk, maybe owner? but very helpful. We left our car there for 10 days, no problems.

The shuttle was prompt, but our shuttle vehicle to airport was not in great condition. The van was dirty. I had made reservation for my son, who was arriving on separate night from me. Hassle to make sure it was ok for him to check in, while reservation had my name on it. No place while making reservation to put his name. When we got picked up at airport driver wanted to know how we were paying. We told him it was through parksleepfly, not sure if he figured it out or not. But He did not Hassle us about it. Would I use parksleepfly, yes I would try again, but probably different hotel.

Great place, nice people, best price. East drop off and pickup to airport.

Room very small. No shuttle...needed to call an uber driver... but they had forgotten to set one up for early a.m. so we had to wait for one to arrive. Also the same problem when we returned back from our trip when we needed a ride from airport to motel. Waited almost an hour!!!

They gave us 3 Different rooms 2 had people in them and 1 smelled of urine towels were staind and shit marks on the toilet they have no shuttle , the call a cab which was late 15 min dropping us off and 1 hour late picking us up after 7 phone calls the desk manager kept telling us to look for can 103 however it was 301 and the cab driver confirmed they didn’t have a 103 cab . Very very bad experience.
