Complimentary transportation is made between most hotels and their nearby airport via shuttle. The hours and frequency of rides will vary depending on the location. It is important to note that shuttle times are not reserved but operate on a ferry schedule. Please allow an ample window of time before your flight departure for transport. ParkSleepFlyHotels.com immediately sends your selected hotel your reservation details either by fax and/or email, or the reservation details are sent directly into their reservation system.
If receiving reservation details by fax/email, hotel personnel will then enter the information into their system. ParkSleepFlyHotels will continue correspondence by sending the hotel a daily summary of all reservations, and around three additional faxes or emails before you arrive.
Each of our listed hotels also has an online account that allows 24-hour access to ParkSleepFlyHotels reservations. Reservations usually show up in their systems within minutes or hours, but in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours before your reservation appears.
As any hotel will have limitations on its overall capacity, refraining from a reservation could mean no availability when you arrive. This applies to both parking and rooms. A ParkSleepFlyHotels reservation ensures your space and room will be waiting for you when you get there. Additionally, reserving a room/parking space ahead of time usually provides a lower rate than showing up in the lobby.
Every hotel has a different policy but most allow children 15 and under to stay free of charge. You also do not have to include them when making your reservation. The only time a young child should be mentioned to your hotel is when you specify the number of beds needed. It is recommended that you contact our Customer Service if including children as we will ensure your reservation is processed correctly with them in mind.
A ParkSleepFlyHotels package usually accommodates between two to four guests per room. Extra fees may incur should additional guests pass four. Many hotels also have a maximum allowance that tops off at four guests to a room. (Mainly for fire restrictions.) Please consult your hotel's page to learn what the cut off number is and if any additional fees are included.
In the case of checking in, most hotels do require the reserved guest be 18 years old at least. Other hotels may require reserved guests to be between 21 or 25. Please contact the hotel directly if this factor is of concern. Their number is provided on your Reservation Receipt.
Some choices on our lists may have a disclaimer that reads, ‘This Date is SOLD OUT’. In such cases, the hotel does not have any reservations available for your search criteria for that date. Such information will include the airport you are departing from, the dates needed for your parking, and the number of guests making the trip. Once entered hit the SEARCH button and peruse the list of available packages that are provided for that area.
Clicking on a hotel name will provide additional information. Once you have decided on a package click SELECT or BOOK. This will take you to the checkout page. You will be shown confirmation of the date, which will appear beneath the package summary located on the right.
Modifications to incorrect information can be made by clicking the "Edit" link. Once everything is as it should be, simply fill out the requested information beneath Guest Details and provide your Payment Information. Click Complete Booking and your order will process. A Reservation Receipt will appear on screen, and you will also receive a copy in your email inbox.

If your hotel does allow smoking, you may wish to request a smoking room upon check-in. If this issue if of a particular concern, you may wish to contact the hotel directly prior to your arrival. The hotel's phone number can be found on your Reservation Receipt.

There is a ‘Do you have a Coupon Code?’ link beneath reservation summary on your checkout page. Enter the Coupon Code there and once you click ‘Apply’ the discount will be deducted from the ‘Pay Now’ amount.
You must use any Coupon Code upon making your reservation. There is no retroactive option as Coupon Codes will not be honored by hotels on site. Customers are allowed one Coupon Code per reservation. If you are given a coupon code upon finalizing your transaction it cannot be used on the reservation you just made. You will have to use it on your next visit to our site.
Coupon Codes are made regularly available in our email newsletters. Our past customers and subscribers on Facebook and Twitter receive such newsletters. We also offer codes for future transactions to recent customers as a thank you for making a reservation with us.
In the case of coupon codes, it does not matter what your travel dates are, rather when you make the reservation itself. If you reserve your package before the expiration date the discount will apply. Waiting until after the expiration date will render the discount void.

The ParkSleepFlyHotels package only covers the parking of one vehicle per room. If you need to arrange the parking of a second vehicle you will have to contact the hotel directly. Most will be happy to provide additional parking for an additional price.

On the rare occasion when a vehicle is damaged while parked, the best course of action is to contact the hotel’s management as soon as you notice the damage, preferably before leaving the property.

Some hotels require that you pay the full reservation cost upfront during your online booking. If your reservation has a balance due, you will first have to call your selected hotel directly to cancel your reservation and request a hotel cancellation number. You will then need to use the 'Help' tab on our website to provide ParkSleepFlyHotels with your reservation ID number, the reason for cancellation, and the hotel's cancellation number you received. If ParkSleepFlyHotels receives your cancellation request within 24 hours of the time of booking you will receive a full refund. If ParkSleepFlyHotels receives your cancellation request after 24 hours from the time of booking you will be refunded the amount paid online minus the ParkSleepFlyHotels service/booking fee. No cancellations are permitted after your scheduled arrival date (i.e. the first day of parking).
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. Failure to cancel directly with the hotel in accordance with this hotel policy may result in a no-show penalty up to or equal to the full price of the package. ParkSleepFlyHotels regrets that we are unable to waive or negotiate this penalty, as it is a matter of hotel policy, rather than that of ParkSleepFlyHotels.

If your reservation was prepaid in full, ParkSleepFlyHotels shall not refund, credit or otherwise reimburse you the amount you were charged online outside of the hotel’s cancellation policy indicated on your Reservation Receipt. If you are not outside of the hotel’s cancellation policy, ParkSleepFlyHotels will issue you a full refund if your request is received within within 24 hours of the time of booking. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours has passed since the time of booking will be refunded the amount paid online minus the ParkSleepFlyHotels service/booking fee and any other applicable cancellation penalties accessed by the hotel. No cancellations are permitted after your scheduled arrival date (i.e. the first day of parking). Use the 'Help' tab to request a cancellation. You will need to provide your reservation ID number and the reason for your cancellation.

A ParkSleepFlyHotels package covers the use of a one-night stay at a hotel. This night does not have to be at the beginning of your journey. You can select a park-first option that would schedule your room stay upon your return.
The typical ParkSleepFly package includes an overnight stay at the beginning of your trip, but many hotels will also allow you to stay overnight at the end your trip. On the ParkSleepFlyHotels.com home page, please select that option from the "When do you want to sleep at the hotel?" drop-down menu. Then enter the dates your car will be parked at the hotel. The first box should contain the date you will be staying overnight before your outbound flight (not the actual flight date), and the second box will be the date of your return flight (which is also the second check-in date for the hotel). Enter the number of rooms and guests and click the SEARCH button.
Some of our hotel partners offer a ParkSleepCruise package, although there may be an additional transportation fee. To check availability, enter the name of your cruise port or city in the 'Departure Airport' field on our homepage. Enter the dates you would like to stay at the hotel, along with the number of guests and room count. Then click SEARCH to see the available options in that area. You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location, including shuttle availability.
Many of ParkSleepFlyHotels's featured hotels do offer a room-only option. Extended parking will not be included and will become an additional charge should you end up needing it.

The security code for a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card is a three-digit number printed on the back of the credit card in the signature panel. For an American Express card, the security code is a four-digit number located on the front of the card, just above the card number.If you receive an error message after submitting your reservation, please make sure that your billing name (including middle initial), address, and zip code match the information on your card. Also, verify that the expiration date and security code are correct.
Please note that each attempt may place another hold on your card for the Pay Now amount.
