Great comfortable hotel; great staff. The hotel schedules an Uber ride to and from the hotel and it was more efficient than a shuttle! Would stay here again. Only down side was the hotel was about 20-30 min ride from the airport.

We had a bit of a mixup with our ride back that night with the taxi company due to the late hour of our arrival. The hotel manager was kind enough to reimburse us for the taxi ride after contacting her about the issue the next day. Great customer service.

Best park/sleep/fly experience I've had in a long time. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. This hotel uses Uber instead of a shuttle, which is a HUGE improvement. They call and pay for the Uber, then I received texts telling me driver's name, car license number, and time of arrival. This was expecially valuable on our return at end of vacation. Sometimes we have waited an hour at O'Hare for a shuttle. This time the Uber driver was there to pick us up in 6 minutes! Also, the hotel room was excellent. Recently remodeled and spacious with comfortable bed. We will definitely stay there on future trips!

The hotel was updated, clean and the staff was always available to help us. Most of the staff were exceptionally helpful. One person was less supportive. Coffee was not available for our early morning departure.

Hotel and staff were great but don't expect to get timely transportation to and from the airport. Our transportation to the airport was supposed to have been scheduled the night before we needed it yet the cab was an hour late. They were unable to get us transportation back to the hotel from the airport. We ended up getting an Uber and they only reimbursed part of the cost. Great hotel but they did not fulfill their obligation to provide transportation to and from the airport.

I love this hotel. The room was very comfortable. We were able to check in and have a cold local craft beer upon arrival. How can it get any better than that? Super helpful friendly knowledgeable staff was definitely a bonus!

BEWARE! The shuttle service for this hotel is a joke and they will leave you stranded at the airport. This review is only of the shuttle service from O'Hare to the hotel. The shuttle on the way there was fine, but on the way home, after a very long international flight, we waited an hour and a half and the taxi didn't come. I called the hotel many times after 30, 50, 70 minutes asking if someone was on their way. They only responded that the company would be getting in touch, but that they were super busy. After waiting for 90 minutes we finally took one of the many taxis from the street to the hotel, because it was clear we were going to be waiting a lot longer. The taxi cost $70 to get to Schaumburg and the hotel said they would only reimburse me for $30. This is an unacceptable. We ended up not sleeping the night and just drove home. I can't speak about the hotel facility itself, but the shuttle service is atrocious. I've used ParkSleepFly before and we'll never use this hotel again. They left me and my family stranded and then never fixed the problem.

hotel was nice. check in was slow. had gnats in room. cab service waa awful. sent us a prius for pick up of 3 people and luggage...couldnt fit without holding luggage on laps and could not buckle in due to being squeezed in. return cab service was horrible. had to wait and very confusing. driver was rude. lady at hotel desk was not helpful and more confusing.

The hotel itself was great! Super comfy and clean. I'm not sure how to review it though because we had to pay for our taxi to get back from the airport, which wasn't cheap, so the ParkSleepFly deal was much more expensive than we were led to believe. I had assumed the hotel would cover the taxi? I would go with a hotel with an actual shuttle next time so the price you pay upfront is the actual price. Paying for an actual taxi all the way from the airport is not a fun suprise. Had we known that, we would have at least done an Uber or something cheaper.

We did a park-sleep-fly with a night at the hotel on each end of the trip. Each of the 3 staff we interacted with was helpful. On the return flight, my luggage which had my car keys in it was lost. The hotel allowed me a few extra days of parking to come back to Chicago to retrieve my car after getting home and finding an extra set of keys.
