Hotel room was dirty. First room didn't look like it had been cleaned so they changed our room. Second room, beds looked clean but a wet towel was hanging on back of bathroom door and light was out in bathroom. We had to use cell phone lights when using bathroom.

I do not recommend Red Roof Inn...rooms were musty. Smelled strongly of smoke. Dirty. Not very well maintained. There are a number of people living on the property. Almost slum like. Will not book here again.

The hotel itself was very sketchy and cheap. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes or something else. If you choose this hotel, it's only because you want the cheapest option possible and you don't care much about your safety. The shuttle service with Mike, however, was completely awesome. He was so prompt, knew the airport like the back of his hand, and communicated regularly, even before we arrived at the hotel. So many of the other PSF hotels have reviews that are deeply negative about the unreliable shuttle service at those hotels. The main redeeming quality for this hotel is Mike's excellent shuttle service. Too bad he doesn't run the actual hotel or it would undoubtedly be much better.

All I can say positively about the hotel was that it wasn't bug-infested and was clean enough. We had to drag our suitcases up a large flight of stairs. The room was old and it showed it. The maid service blocked the bottom of the stairs the next morning and outside our door. The shuttle service lady was wonderful. She did all she could to make it a good experience.

Hotel was an average low budget. Can't expect too much. Our return flight got canceled so we had to book with another airline then originally planned. Come to find out we would be flying into Chicago midway and didn't know you didn't service that area so we had to get a taxi which we got charged $154. Sure wish we knew that ahead of time. But now we know. Just sucks to pay so much to find that out

Sadly the Red Roof Inn was lacking during our stay. The bedspread was stained and had multiple holes burned into it. The refrigerator was sticky on the handle and door. The floor felt sticky and dirty as well. Overall, the room was quite dirty and made us very uncomfortable. The shuttle to the airport went well. The directions provided for pickup from the airport were to call once we were at the pickup location. When I did so, then the driver left so told us he was 17 minutes out. It would hav been much more preferable to request a call or text at customs or baggage claim in order to have less wait time.

Park sleep fly- The room had beds and a bathroom with hot water. The parking options were all well lit and appeared to be safe. Other guests were friendly and polite, front desk (Renee!!) was so lovely. Shuttle service was top notch, I felt like a big shot and family ") (Mike!!) Thanks a million

The staff was exceptional from the time of booking right through to the final pickup at O’Hare. They went out of their way to accommodate the extra nights of parking that I needed. Mike, the shuttle driver is a tremendous asset to the hotel. He is so personable, thoughtful and just an all around good person! This is my second stay but will not be the last.
