Our stay was fine. Shuttle to airport was overbooked and people were standing. No shuttle home because our flight was delayed. Also no help finding how to get back and you could tell they could care less. Worst of all they charged us $75 for incidentals and we were supposed to get it back. Now over a week later still nothing and I’ve called three times. They all know what to say though, blame it on my bank.

Nice, clean, easy to check in and arrange shuttle to airport. Coming back was a bit more difficult, as it seemed a lot of people were coming back all at once, so the shuttle was full and we had to wait for the next one. Even then we got the last seats. Maybe if there was a bit more organized arrival and transfer plans?

Hotel was great. Parking lot was not plowed. I had a 4x4 so was okay. But I’m pretty sure many are stuck.

Great rate for a sleep and park. Room was comfortable and property was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and informative and we had no issues with the shuttle service times. The only issue to note was the highway noise was noticeable so maybe request a room away from that side.

The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate, nice rooms and great to have coffee in room and lobby be fore we left for our weeks vacation. The shuttle drivers were great, no waiting when we left for the airport and very quick to pick us up when we retruned!! Nice to have a warm van to get into!
