Hotel was in a great locations, very nice, clean rooms. Parking garage was awesome to leave our vehicle in. Bobby at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly, took extra time to explain how the parking/shuttle worked and made sure everything was 100% for us!

Parking, room and airport transportation is excellent. However, there is no longer a restaurant on site for dinner.

It was very easy to use the shuttle to the airport. Coming back from the airport to the hotel, there was a much longer wait, at least 45 minutes. Room was spacious, pull out bed was gross, with stained mattress.

This was a great hotel for Park, Sleep, Fly. The location was close to the airport and the parking was covered, which was an unexpected bonus. The shuttle was on time as well. I would stay here again.

The Springhill Marriott was the perfect choice for our park and fly trip. We felt great about leaving our car in their underground parking lot. The room was very good and the staff informed us clearly about shuttle services. Our return flight landed after midnight and by the time we were ready to leave OHare it was 1:30 a.m. We called for the shuttle and the driver picked us up in 10 minutes. Very pleased!

The hotel was fine. But, we were not told that the shuttle did not automatically pick up for international flights, all the other hotel shuttles we have used automatically pick up.
After waiting for half an hour, I called the hotel and they said they would send someone right away. We waited another half an hour in the cold and wind, made a second call to the hotel and they said they didn’t know anyone was waiting. We waited another 15 minutes to be picked up, a total of an hour and 15 minutes in the cold is unacceptable! And then all the driver did was make excuses! We have used park and sleep many times and not had this issue at other hotels.

Such a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Also the shuttle was on time taking us to the airport for a very early
morning flight. We only waited 15 minutes to be picked up. We will stay here again and again!

Chicago Spring Hill suites was overall a good choice to use as a place to stay before our flight from O’Hare. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was well stocked with good choices. The airport shuttle drivers were extremely friendly, helpful, and prompt. The on-site parking was outside (not a parking garage as advertised) and there were no security cameras that were visible. This was not an issue for us since our vehicle was safe and sound when we returned, but it might be an issue for some. We will definitely stay at this location on future trips.

Good service and quite location, although a challenge to get there from 294 because of the numerous turns. The hotel was clean but busy so we decided to forgo the meager breakfast offering.

The shuttle drivers were MIA but the hotel manager made sure we made to the airport! They called and covered the costs of two cabs Excellent service! And our shuttle back to the hotel was fast and reliable!
