Baymont by Wyndham Addison IL - O'Hare International Airport

There is no shuttle service from this hotel....so false advertising to begin with....several people walked in and walked back out upon finding out there was not shuttle to airport.....check this out and take them off your site!....she gave us 50.00 off for a taxi which cost us 49.00 one way.....the room was very old and smelled of perfume.. work...and in the morning the water in the tub or shower did not work Room 131....but we had no other choice as we were leaving the next day and did not know where to go.....also I left my nightgown there and when I returned three weeks later they had no idea where it could of went. Such an unprofessional hotel. They need to set higher standards and not falsely say there is a shuttle service when there is clearly none! i had to click more than thirty minutes for shuttle wait to submit this review but there was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE ...CALL IN ADVANCE AND ASK IF USING THIS HOTEL!!!

Worse than awful. I ended up booking another hotel.

Good value for money. Room and bathroom was very clean. Had our car parked for several weeks before our return overnight stay, with no issues. Quiet location. Would stay here again.
