This hotel is good for me because I can get here with a minimum of Chicago traffic. The distance from the airport is immaterial to me because I am not driving. Rooms are good and the servie is excellent.

We had a great experience at this Best Western! We opted to sleep at the end of our trip, given that we wouldn't arrive until late at night and we would still have several hours of driving to get home. However, our flight from Europe was canceled twice. We contacted the hotel both times; they were very kind and helpful and really helped us not be stressed about the situation. Our shuttle driver both times was friendly and provided a very safe ride. We would definitely stay here again should we fly out of O'Hare in the future.

Plane ran late and they were there when I needed them, awesome. Hotel has a nice restraunt next to it. FYI. wish I would have known Clean rooms, updated.

What a great experience this hotel was. Great service all the way around, we felt like the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our shuttle experience and stay was great. We had the exact same hotel desk person and shuttle driver on our departure and return, and they were both great. I wish I had caught their names, but great job to both of you. We were so happy we picked this hotel for the ParkSleepFly.

We were very happy with our hotel experience. Room was clean and staff very helpful. Bus to airport left on the hour. When we came back, we got our luggage, then walked to the terminal gate for pickup . . . then we called the hotel and told them we were ready to be picked up. We only had to waited about 20 minutes to be picked up and taken back to hotel. We will definitely use Best Western Glenview when we fly out of Chicago. We liked the fact we worked directly with the hotel for the shuttle to and from the airport and did not have to use a 3rd party app.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved Enzo, our original shuttle driver. He left for his own vacation while we were away, but the second driver was just as friendly. Definitely a place we will visit when flying out of O'Hare in the future.
