Very caring staff. Our plane was late, and customs took a long time. I should have called them, but my phone wasn't working well, so I felt bad that they worried. They took very good care of us!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this hotel, the park and fly, shuttle, etc. the several times that we’ve stayed and used the service. I would highly recommend Patrick and his team. They take care of every little detail and make sure that your stay and your shuttle pick up and drop off run smoothly. On this trip, we ended up having to stay over an extra night on the way back, unexpectedly with an ill traveler in our party, and Patrick was very accommodating and got us taken care of for the evening.

Hotel desk staff was patronizing and scolding over an issue with a door, accusatory that we did something wrong-turned out to be the door. The shuttle driver barraged us with his ignorant political views and wouldn't stop talking til my husband yelled at him.

We had a great experience, the hotel was very nice, had a great breakfast. Shuttle driver was great, he was able to take us to the airport earlier than our scheduled time and came to pick us up as soon as we called when we arrived back to the airport. Would definitely use again!

Located with easy access when coming down from Madison, WI so i didn't need to drive out of my way. Clean, comfortable hotel and nice breakfast spread. IHOP next door is easy to grab a late night bite as well. Kind shuttle driver, Tony.

Everyone was helpful and friendly except the one lady I talked to over the phone to provide my flight itinerary and set up shuttle. She was snappy and short. That’s my only one suggestion. Otherwise a positive experience

All thing with the hotel were fine, nothing stands out at the hotel. Every Country Inn and Suites we have stayed at had cookies to snack on at all times.
