With the purchase of a ParkSleepFly package, guests can enjoy a comfortable night's stay at the hotel, along with transportation to and from the airport terminals. The hotel boasts 95 air-conditioned rooms that feature microwaves, refrigerators, WiFi, flat screen TVs with premium channels, complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Otherwise your shuttle service is not guaranteed, and the hotel is not responsible for your transportation to the airport !!!! 1. All Park-Sleep-Fly Packages are Non-Refundable unless cancelled 48-hours prior to your package start-date. If you canceled less then 48 hours, or if it is no-show you will be charged $50 . 2. We do not accept Cash payment. We accept only Debit/Credit. 3. When making a reservation, please indicate how many passengers will be traveling (Including Children). Otherwise, additional shuttle fee of $20 per person (round-trip) will be applied. 4. Our shuttle runs only as part of the ParkSleepFly package. The hotel was in decent shape. The shuttle to the airport was right on time. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle on the way back. The vending machine was not working so that was unfortunate since we were hungry for a snack and drink coming and going to the airport. I’d recommend staying on the side nit facing the highway if you can’t sleep with traffic noise. Makes for a good place to stay and leave your car while you travel.

Waited over an hour for pickup. Finally booked an Uber for considerable expense. We were required to pre-book the return pickup and we arrived on-time and called. Despite this and multiple assurances that someone was almost there, we never received a pickup.

I wish I could give them a better rating. We utilized this hotel for their ParkSleepFly services and they left a lot to be desired. We obviously got there the day before our flight and confirmed our shuttle (3am for a 6am international flight). We get down there a quarter till and they had no idea someone even needed a shuttle that early. She attempts to order a cab and tells us it’ll be 30-40 minutes and “no big deal”. We had the earliest international flight that morning, so this was a very big deal and nerve wrecking. At about 3:15 the “shuttle driver” walks and and him and the lady at the front desk were not on the same page. Coming home was a similar, poor experience. They sent us on a wild goose chase and ultimately didn’t get picked up until over an hour after we got our luggage. To top it off, this hotel is not in good shape and the fasciitis are not kept up. It felt dirty and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel or their services to anyone and I definitely won’t ever be using them again.

This hotel is in need of an update. The hallway and rooms have a musty smell. The air/heat is loud.

Overall, it was the place we needed when we needed it. Although they say they are "newly renovated" there is some general wear and tear. The linens and towels are nice and the bed was comfortable. I know Covid has impacted what places can do with their included breakfast, but there are only carbohydrate options (waffles, bread, cereal, bagels) and no protein. All staff we encountered are very nice people. The car was fine when we returned after three weeks, and that is the reason we chose this particular place.

Our hotel room was dirty. We had blood stains on the mattress, the mattress cover and the bathroom wall. It was disgusting. I have pictures. Room 307, I think. The beds were very old and dirty.

Priced competitively, Not the cheapest and not the most costly. Easy to get to, even under heavy traffic conditions. Relatively safe environment. Accommodations were fine. Old hotel but was adequate for our short overnight stay. No surprises, shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and accommodating. Got us to and from the airport on schedule with plenty of time to spare. This critical aspect was most appreciated. Hotel was within walking distance of restaurants. No issues with long-term parking whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Waited 45 minutes for shuttle to show up, after showing up the driver made wait another 20 minutes in the bus to see if he can get other people in.

We waited for the shuttle for over 30 minutes both coming and going. We were not helped putting our luggage in our out order of the van. The shuttle driver wanted to argue with us when he picked us up saying he was calling us, but didn’t have the correct phone number. No correct directions to catch the shuttle on return trip. The hotel was worse, the rooms were dirty, the furniture beat up, we had no pillow cases on the bed when we arrived and pillows were in the corner of the room. We did not shower the bathrooms were disgusting. They said it was a 4.5 star hotel, WOW what a joke!! Stay away..book somewhere else unless you don’t care what kind you of room you stay in!
