Catch our shuttle that arrives every 15-20 minutes automatically. Look for a white van with red letters displaying "PARK N JET," accompanied by a small Hampton Inn logo on the side. No reservations are required. Please note: If you require shuttle pick-up from the Domestic Terminal at Chicago O'Hare International Airport between the late hours of Midnight and 4 AM, kindly contact the front desk at 847-671-1700. Press 0 for the operator. International Terminal: Once you've passed through customs and secured your luggage, head downstairs to the ARRIVALS section and locate the outer lane VESTIBULE 5E. Upon reaching 5E, give us a call at 847-671-1700 to request a pickup. We'll dispatch the shuttle promptly, ensuring it arrives within 15 minutes of your call from 5E. We chose this hotel after reading good reviews about the shuttle service. We were not disappointed. We had an early morning flight and as we were told, the shuttle came within 10 minutes of requesting it. The drive to the airport is about 10 minutes. Upon our return we called for a return ride. We were on hold 8 minutes before someone answered but once connected, our shuttle was there with 5 minutes and took us directly to where our car was parked. Overall the hotel was clean, beds were fine. Would have been nice to have more space for suitcases.

I love this hotel. It is clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. I love your shuttle to and from the airport. It was so nice to return on a Sunday evening and have the shuttle waiting at the airport.

Everything went fine! Shuttle service was excellent! Even allowed us to have breakfast upon our return even though we stayed at the beginning of our trip! A great comfortable hotel! Very friendly and accomodations! It would be our place of stay again! Felt that we left our vehicle in a secure place too!

Easy peasy. We made a reservation, spent the night st the hotel before departing and parked the car. The shuttle dropped is off and when we returned conveniently picked us up.
