This worked perfectly for us. We checked in approximately 6 PM and were out at 3 AM. Appreciated coffee at 3 AM!!! Reservations were made through our travel agent so I am unable to answer those questions.

We give special thanks to the hotel for helping get our car started since the battery was dead when we returned. They promptly sent staff to the lot with the equipment needed. He was very helpful and patient in staying until the car started. There was no charge for the service so we simply tipped him.

We have stayed with the Wyndham Chicago O'Hare before and we like the Park & Fly option because it is convenient because we live over 2 hours away. The rooms are adequate but could stand to be updated a bit. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are clean which is key when you are away from home. I noticed the drain in the shower didn't work because the water filled up to my ankles but my husband said there was a knob that allowed the water to go down the drain quickly. I guess next time I will have to wear some glasses because I never saw any knob.

It was the best decision we could have made. Staying overnight at the Wyndam the night before our flight radically reduced the stress of the trip. And being able to leave our car for 10 days at the Wyndham was a breeze. Shuttle was so easy from the hotel and then again when we returned. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

shuttle stopped too early. With the huge number of delayed evening flights, adjustments/extending shuttle availability would have been nice.

Overall, this was a good experience. However, it was not clear that the car would be parked at a satalite parking lot and we would have to be shuttled to and from that lot. Additionally, it was very disappointing to be told to have to stand in line again to tell the front desk we were ready to park for the night. To have to wait in line again for the checking in group to wait for another shuttle was just a lot after a long day. I wish there was a better process for parking. That being said, the room was adequate, the car was safe, and the shuttle was pretty efficient in getting us to and from ORD.

DECENTLY PRICED HOTEL AND NOT TOO FAR FROM THE AIRPORT. SHUTTLE DRIVERS WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

The Wyndam staff were excellent. We checked in very late and staff helped us get our vehicle parked so we could get to our room and bed. On our return the shuttle service was on time and dropped us off right at our car. Very polite and efficient.

Thank you to Martin who drove the shuttle back at 12:15am when the last shuttle of the night was full and we didn’t have a ride. After waiting for 45 minutes we were very grateful to him.

Great location and staff. Shuttle pickup from airport after was fast, courteous, and right on time. Room was clean and comfortable. Bath could be updated but was clean and everything worked fine. Parking is about a 2 minute shuttle ride off site, so a little added time and inconvenience, but no security issues that we experienced. Staff was friendly, lobby bar very nice, many options for dining and shopping nearby.
