The hotel was wonderful, the shuttle not so much. The shuttle to the airport worked out well. The shuttle back to the hotel never showed up, even after three calls to let them know. The hotel kept telling us it would show up, we waited for over an hour, then got an uber.

We were only there for a short stay for we had an early flight. The room was very nice including the bathroom. The parking garage was just a short walk from the hotel. The shuttle service was prompt. On our return trip, I called the hotel and they told me where to catch the shuttle. We had just missed the previous shuttle by about 10 minutes. Therefore, we waited for the next shuttle that showed up exactly on-time. I also appreciated that the shuttle bus dropped us off at the parking garage instead of the hotel. That was definitely a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Parking is safe and in a parking deck! Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Convenient shuttle to the airport. I believe that your notes about what time the shuttle takes you to the airport needs reviewed. It didn't match what we were verbally told at the hotel. That is why I gave a lower rating on the information provided question below.

Great hotel. Two room suite. Had a noon flight and could initially park in the lot near hotel. Then dumped excess clothes/stuff in suv and moved to ramp in morning. Short walk from hotel to ramp. Shuttle worked well both ways. Check where shuttle picks you up at ORD. Had changed since I last used. Driver dropped us off at ramp on way back.

Loved the hotel and parking. The shuttle service to the airport was as expected… on time. The shuttle service from the airport back to the hotel parking was confusing. The automated call for pickup time and location at the airport was also confusing. Waited over 2 hours !
