This hotel is so close to O’Hare. Shuttle service was great. Parking is not attached to hotel but is close by.

The hotel was amazing and the shuttle to the airport was excellent. We ended up getting an uber back to the hotel after our return because it would have taken too long to transfer terminals, etc. It would be helpful if the shuttle would pick up at each terminal.

The hotel was awesome except for parking for the parksleepfly. The parking is too far away from the actual hotel. There was a convention at the hotel and I found the people to be inconsiderate about the other hotel guests. They would gather in front of the elevator and gather in the walkways in the sitting/bar area. I feel there should have been more structure to such a large group of people.

I always stay at this hotel when flying out of o’hare. From the rooms to the shuttle to the parking garage, everything is great. The staff is always friendly also.

The front desk as called to try to assist with the amount of noise, slamming doors all through the night. Multiple groups were running back and forth room to room yelling, and slamming doors as the gathered in the hallway outside our room. They attempted to enter our room and at that point we had all we could take. Front desk just said ok sorry about that and did not even follow up after we talked to them by phone and in person. 2nd time staying at the hotel to be close to airport. We will not stay a 3rd time for next trip

The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff was very helpful, the shuttle was prompt, air conditioned, and the driver was very polite.

Getting back to the hotel after our return was absolutely ridiculous! We waited over an hour for the shuttle to get there. We understand traffic and some things are beyond controlling. We called at 7:45pm and the driver was suppose to be there at 8:30pm or close to it. Shuttle shows up at 9:00pm, driver was rude, not personable at all. Called on his radio to say traffic would still be bad for more than an hour. It didn’t take 10 min to get back to the hotel. Again we understand traffic, but traffic wasn’t that bad. Seems like the driver really didn’t care about the customer and more about himself. We will definitely use parksleepfly again, but more than likely a different hotel, due to our terrible shuttle experience.

Great overnight stay with a clean room. . Shuttle ran every 30 minutes. Parking was located off property, but ok since weather was nice. Might be issue in rain or snow. It would be nice if shuttle could drop you off at parking garage.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton at the beginning of our trip and I'm so glad I chose them for our ParkSleepFly needs! The hotel is so close to the airport and conveniently located to different food options should you choose not to eat at the hotel's restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was VERY clean and spacious. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and easy to navigate. I have already recommended this location to a friend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location is great, and the parking is under cover. Very short shuttle ride, which is every half hour.
The hotel is old and feels it. We arrived on a hot day, and the air-conditioning was struggling to keep the rooms comfortable. Great staff and while the food service is basic it is good.

Hotel is good. Location is very convenient and the the parking facility is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the airport is excellent, but the pickup from terminal 5 was a little more difficult and several call had to be placed to the hotel until driver came down to arrivals rather than just departures.

Very nice, clean hotel. Ideal for overnight stay before an early O’Hare flight. Our room was near the bar band, which made sleeping a little difficult. Putting Park, Sleep and Fly guests on a higher floor away from the bar area would be better.
