When I landed I called for the shuttle and was directed to an area for pickup. An hour later I was still waiting at the place where directed..

It was well below zero when we arrived in Chicago and the Hotel lobby was having trouble keeping warm. The attached restaurant and bar was offering carry out service only due to lack of heat. The halls on the room floors were very cold but our room was nice and toasty. The next morning when we needed the shuttle to the airport, the driver waited inside the shuttle bus and expected us to bring our luggage on board without his assistance. Due to the cold the back door to the shuttle was heavy in frost, so I was OK with having our luggage with us, but the driver should have assisted as there were three steps into the vehicle. He was not very friendly. We had much better service with the driver when we were picked up at the airport for the return to the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful with the luggage.

Location, staff and parking are outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was reliable and the drivers were caring. I would definitely stay here again for the ParkSleepFly experience.

This was a terrible stay. It is run down and the staff was rude and hateful. Bar Loise was supposed to be open until 8 but they closed early. The bartender was rude and hateful about the situation. The next morning the lady working was facetiming her family for over 30 minutes while everyone was waiting for coffee and the shuttle. Rooms were old and dirty. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel - it could have ruined our trip but it wasn’t worth it.

Very good location and good parking conditions.
Breakfast was good but not included in stay.
Had to wait for more than an hour for shuttle pick up upon return - had to call facility thrice.

Stay went well. Comfortable room. Trouble with TV reception that couldn't be resolved. The airport transfers worked well but the return pickup took just over 45 min. from the call in time to actual pickup. The quoted wait time was 15 to 20 min.

Hotel was poor quality. No toilet paper or Kleenex in room and front desk made us come down to front desk to get some. There was no shuttle or transportation to/from airport. Would not stay here again.

There were no shuttles that’s why I booked the hotel. I asked staff for towels since we only received two and they said they had none and would need to wait until 11 am

Very comfy king bed with soft sheets. Room was clean and a nice size. Overall a good stay. Because of Covid-19 No shuttle service at time we were there so had to pay for taxi both ways.
