O'Hare pickup instructions: Spots on the shuttle are based on availability, we advise calling ahead of time to arrange shuttle drop off time. Pick up is on request, and pick up times may take up to an hour or longer depending on traffic, weather, or high demand. Please call the hotel directly upon your arrival at the pickup area to request the shuttle from O'Hare. If there are many pickup requests from O'Hare and you prefer to not wait for our shuttle service, we can suggest a local taxi company- taking a taxi is at the discretion of the guest and is not covered by the hotel or the park and fly package rate. For Pickup from a Domestic Terminal at O'Hare (Terminals 1, 2, or 3): Go to the arrivals level of Terminal 2, and look for 2A. The sign above the door where we are allowed to pick up will be marked 2A LL (LL = Lower Level). Call once you have arrived at the pickup area for an estimated wait time. For pickup from the International Terminal, (Terminal 5): Go to 5E at arrivals, located on the lower level. Our van will pick up from the middle island. Please call the hotel for pickup once you are at the pick up area for an estimated wait time. Please note, TSA does not allow us to pick up from any other locations other than the two listed above, however we are allowed to drop off directly at your terminal at O'Hare. Our van is white, with the Comfort Inn logo and a yellow stripe that says "We'll see you there!". Comfort Inn O'Hare worked great for us. The hotel is located very close to an interstate exit so it was easy to get to. Parking is convenient and check in was nice and smooth. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shuttle left promptly at at the top of the hour. The driver navigated quickly to O'Hare Terminal 5, it was very early so the trip was less than 15 minutes. A business card is provided at check in with very accurate instructions regarding where to meet the shuttle for pick up for the trip back. I called the hotel after we picked up our luggage, the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes.

The hotel could use some renovation. Staff at check in was helpful. We appreciate the restaurant in the parking lot. I had to call 3 times before someone from the hotel answered the phone to send a shuttle to the airport for pick up.

Hotel was old but tolerable but the shuttle service for pickup when we arrived was horrible: we had to change terminals to have a better chance to be picked up and after several calls we were finally informed that the shuttle wouldn't come for at least 1 hour (after all the time we were waiting) because it went for a pickup somewhere else. We were frustrated that we needed to pay extra $42 dollars for a taxi which made the ParkSleepFly package not worth it

If I have to leave something I would say that the hotel was just ok. Smelled a lot of cannibis smell in the hallways and I realize that the hotel can't necessarily control that with new laws in the state of Illinois, however they have banned smoking everywhere else but let the weed smokers smoke wherever the hell they want to so that is why my rating is the way it is if you must know. Everything else was above and beyond expectations.

Hotel room was basic. Shuttle service was terrible. Driver taking us to the airport was rude. When we got back I tried calling for shuttle and nobody answered the phone. We had to Uber back. The clerk at the hotel told me they were too busy to answer the phone. Please do not rate this hotel highly. I may not use your services again.

The hotel served the purpose, however, the return shuttle was a nightmare. We were given a number to call upon our arrival. On that paper, we were told to go to terminal 2A. We called promptly after gathering our luggage. When we checked out, I verified with hotel staff that I did not have to provide our return time. I was told no, and that the shuttle would pick us up about 10 minutes after I called. It took time to reach the shuttle service. We told the driver that we would be waiting at terminal 2a and even repeated the terminal. After 40 minutes of waiting, I tried the shuttle number but never reached the driver. I then called the front desk number and again after a considerable time reached an employee. She checked where the shuttle was, apologized, and said she’d send the can, another 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind, we were a party of 10 (ages 7 to 67) with 30 bags of luggage. We were told no problem, well it was as the kids needed to sit on laps as there was 2 additional passengers on the van. We were told the original shuttle went to terminal 5 and was bombarded with passengers. So over an hour after calling, we finally made it back to the motel. We started our trip home at 9:30 a.m and still had a 5 hour drive after the motel. Very frustrated and exhausted. Either don’t offer the service or state that if it’s a busy time, you could wait 1+ hours!!!

Rooms could be updated. Room appears to have not had any updates or remodels since 1960.
