Quality Inn O'Hare - O'Hare International Airport

Staff was very helpful with the explanations, of which we needed quite a few, since it was our first time. Having a restaurant on the premises was great.

Excellent solution to solve problem of driving from Indiana to get through security and catch a 6:10 am flight with reasonable cost for parking!

Hotel was convenient and the shuttle was great. The rooms are outdated and definitely in need of a renovation, but was sufficient for the purpose.

Dirty and smelly. Would not stay again

Hotel was fine. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was terrible. We waited over an hour and had a no-show. We had to hire a taxi for $30.00 to get us to the hotel so we could get our vehicle to drive home.

The hotel was run down and really no amenities outside of being able to park there. But the price was right!

There was a huge storm, power was going in and out and the roof in the bar was leaking.

Everything was fine. Room was clean. Restaurant had good food. Would stay here again.

The hotel was over all nice. The only complaint is the AC did not work well through out the whole building.

When we called for the shuttle on July 14 around 530pm we were told it would be there in 15 minutes. I mentioned we were in the center island area and asked if we should stay there or move back to be in front of the door. He said to move by the doors. We moved to in front of the door. About 35 minutes later the shuttle arrived by the center island picked up one passenger and was about to leave. We hurried across the street and got his attention and he wanted us to wait for the next shuttle even though there was room on the shuttle. My husband was able to get the driver to stop and take us to the hotel. We were not happy about the wait and service of the return shuttle service.

The shuttle never picked me up from the airport. Nobody wants to be responsible of this fraud.

The hotel was an older property. It's clean but needs updating. The faucet in the shower came off the wall when I tried to use it.

We loved having the onsite restaurant/bar. The food was delicious and service outstanding. Could use more parking area. A little hard to maneuver.

Hotel is dated, but is a good hotel for Park, Sleep and fly services. The staff is professional and friendly. There is safe parking for your car. This is my second time using Quality Inn for Park, Sleep and Fly. I would use this hotel again for this purpose.

Recommend tearing it down and building a three story with elevators. Also enclosed parking.

Staff were great-helpful and friendly.my charges ended up being less than originally expected. Room was decent-clean and comfortable. Shuttle was timely for getting us to the airport. The instructions for pick up after the trip were unclear (go to door C when doors were labeled C 1-5) we called the hotel MULTIPLE times to ask about shuttle with no answer-ended up paying $50 for a cab ride. Not cool. I guess the initial cheaper charge was made up for there.
