Super 8 DFW Airport North-Irving - Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Run down, dirty, poorly maintained property. Damaged flooring which could have been dangerous if someone tripped, doors are damaged, carpeting is highly stained in common areas. Not a place I would stay at again or ever recommend.

Air conditioner in the room was not working and my flight landed as scheduled, I called the hotel 3 times because their driver passed us by twice we had to stand outside in the heat for one hour with a toddler. So no I was not happy with the service I received.

The hotel was clean and the people friendly. There was a plastic bag tied over the smoke alarm. I removed it. Also I had to stand outside an hour and a half in 30 degrees at the airport for the return shuttle. It was a busy night. Sat after Christmas so ... still will think again before doing it again

This hotel needs a face-lift. Since it was 1 night for us, it sufficed, but I would never use it again. The walls were so thin you could hear everything. Didn't get a good night's rest, room window curtains were broken, tile in bathroom was coming up, the bell hop carrier was broken, it was in a room that was totally in the midst of renovation. The elevator was messed up, staff was nice, but when I showed up, there was a man smoking 2 feet from the front door. It was ok for that 1 night, but I won't be back. WE did NOT use the shuttle from airport back, we used LYFT instead. Didn't want to have to pick other people up when using the shuttle. Our cars were ok, so we were grateful for that. Thank you.

It was small. It took us 1 1/2 to get registered. It was awful!! The first time we stay at another hotel & it was great. Not sure if I'll ever us it again. I called 3 times & no one ever tried to call me back.

Did not stay there. I did not feel safe at this hotel. I tried to cancel but the girl at the desk said that I did not have to do anything. If I did not feel safe. The window screens were cut and bedding against the walls could be seen from the outside.

The hotel was so much nicer than I had expected after my initial visit to leave my truck. I was so tired when I got there to pick it up I would’ve been happy to sleep on a cot, but I had such a beautiful room & I slept so well.

Ok for night stay and for parking car the trip. Isn't somewhere I'd want to stay if coming to Dallas for vacation.

the door of the first room I was assigned did not work - had to get another room - bathroom had large cracks - coffee maker was on floor in bathroom - no ice bucket or liner - got one from front desk - shuttle ride was on time but was long - picked up riders at several locations - breakfast buffet ran out of food - at 7:30 am, no bacon and no scrambled eggs - a lone biscuit was on counter - I ate a boiled egg with gravy! - I am diabetic so I don't eat sugared cereals or breads/muffins, etc - attendant had a small child with her - she mopped the floor several times making for a dangerous situation

The hotel was what I expected for a Super 8. However, the hotel was looking pretty beat up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Clean affordable rooms. Seemed a lot of confusion at front desk.

The hotel is clean and attractive; the hotel staff was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. We enjoyed our stay and have absolutely no complaints! We'll stay there again.

Very good price, clean, great complimentary breakfast, especially the Waffles. Quiet, good mattress, comfortable sleeping. Room temperature control is efficient so we are able to make room temp as we want it. Friendly staff. Dependable shuttle transport to/from DFW. All for a very good price.

The shuttle service at end of our trip was unacceptable. We called upon arrival (at 11:30 pm)and waited 1 hr and 15 min. (until 12:45 am) After calling the hotel 4 times, the shuttle never arrived. We paid $38 for a taxi to transport us to the hotel to pick up our car.

Everything was good except the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Waited for over an hour and had to get a taxi that cost me $40.00. Boo

Upon checking in I asked for the fee credit as instructed on my reservation. The manager said that Park Sleep Fly would refund that and I told him that was not what the reservation stated. He was insistent that that was the way it is done so said okay. I have not received any credit for the charge.
