Best Western Plus DFW Airport west Euless/Bedford - Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

There was no shuttle service provided for my wife and I from the airport when we arrived back from our flight. The front desk person at the hotel said there was no shuttle driver so we hired a cub driver for $32 and gave the driver a $5 tip. I called the supervisor when she returned to work and she said she was unable to do anything since the rate was already reduced.

I asked when the shuttle was available to pick us up and they said 24/7, every hour on the hour. We landed at the airport slightly after 11:00PM. Figured we would have to wait until 12:00AM. I went ahead and called the hotel, the lady said their shuttle driver had gone home for the day and would be back at 4:00AM. She said she’d call another shuttle and call me back. 30 minutes later, no call, I called back and the lady that answered this time said that there was no other shuttle and that the lady I talked to had left. I called Uber and spent $45.00. I would not recommend the park/sleep/fly from this hotel.

The parking and hotel was fine. The shuttle service going to the airport was good. BUT the hotel would not answer their phone on the return trip. We tried repeatedly to get someone to answer the phone and even called customer service at the national level. We finally had to get a Lyft ride that cost us about $35! We were very dissatisfied with that aspect and will NOT stay at the Best Western Plus Dallas/Ft Worth in Euless, TX again!

The hotel was great! The ride to the airport went great the ride back not so great. We called the hotel at 7:15 told them we were there waiting. The front desk said ok he’s on his way to the airport now. We waited and waited. Called the hotel about 6 times finally at around 8:45 we got picked up. Not happy!

The room was dirty upon arrival. The toilet had dried urine on it. I have date stamped photos. There was Gatorade bottle on the floor, not mine. The ac unit rattled loudly then went off in fir good at 3:00 am. The walls are paper thin. Too much noise from Freeway. We decided we could not stay the second night. So we checked out.

Hotel accommodations are just fine. The pick-up at the airport upon my return was like a "Laurel and Hardy" routine with the miscommunications from hotel front desk/operator and the driver. They failed miserably with basic communications. Shuttle service once an hour is insufficient. They should team up with a neighboring hotel to offer service every 30 minutes. What's with the two Comfort Inn signs and NO "Best Western" sign????

The hotel was nice and accommodating to us considering the reservation I’d made through ParkSleepFly didn’t show up in their system when we arrived Sunday night! The desk clerk was very nice and helped get us into a room. The transportation to and from the airport worked out well!

this hotel is very convenient when we travel

This stay was during the pandemic and I knew that the room would not be serviced daily. The room was not clean upon arrival and two request to at the very least clean the floors were not honored. The room was comfortable and that was the only good thing about the stay. It took them over an hour to arrive after I requested the airport pick up. I would not stay there again.

The shuttle did not pick us up at DFW to return us to the hotel to retrieve our car. Thus, we were out the expense of an Uber ride. We were severely inconvenienced and disappointed with Best Western Plus DFW Airport West Euless/Bedford customer service. The hotel reported that because of COVID, they did not have a driver for the shuttle; however, we continued to see other hotel shuttles moving about the terminal.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. My friend and I (two very young women) were staying there. After arriving in Dallas late at night on a Saturday night, the two men working the desk (one a receptionist and one the manager) were very gentlemanly and gave us the best advice possible to stay safe and get from the hotel to the airport with no worries. When we arrived back at the hotel using their shuttle we realized our car battery had died and the connection to the terminal was messed up. The manager from that night (a different man this time) and the man that had driven us in the shuttle, came to our aid. The manager helped figure out the problem and the driver spent a full 40 minutes trying to get our car to start. He was successful and gave us the best advice to get home safely. This hotel deserves the utmost props for being clean, and very caring. It was a great plus being that we are not from Dallas and are always quite nervous being there alone at night. Wonderful wonderful review from this traveler.

Do not use this place for parking your car and flying out. The room was ok, nothing special, but it was clean. Our problem was when we arrived back. We arrived back at 3:00 and called for a pickup. They informed us that it would be 6:00 before they could pick us up. They said they were working short staffed and we simply had paid for the parking. NOT acceptable.

Staff was not very helpful regarding shuttle services. Especially when returned. They sent us to D40, which there was not such gate. They told us to go upstairs and back down to reach it. When we did that we were at TSA security. Had to ask airport staff for help. It ends at D30, which we were at when I called hotel back the 2nd time. So not sure if they were waiting on us we still arrived just as driver did.

Overall a pleasant experience. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was good and when we called from airport for shuttle pickup I was surprised how quickly they picked us up. Will use this service and hotel in the future.

A very good experience !

This hotel is decent and close to the airport. Our Park and Fly worked---except for pickup when we returned from our trip. We were left standing at DFW for an hour and then when the shuttle service arrived the driver was in an unmarked car. The hotel clerk was not helpful about any of this. Not a good experience.
