My Room 301 was very clean, roomy, nice :) NO issues ON my return overnight stay (AFTER my trip) my room 314 was not in good shape :( the AC/heat did not have a good smell, the comforter under the bedspread SHOULD have been clean but wasn't. The floor still had shoes tracks from wet shoes ? The bathroom floor had to be "wet wiped" before I would "sit", since the floor looked "nasty" around the toilet. What a difference in rooms & cleanliness ... Had I not been so tired from my 16 hr return flights, I would have changed rooms ! :(

The room was just average, but was happy to see no carpet. Not enough parking. I would stay again because of the proximity to DFW and the shuttle service.

The hotel was not a clean hotel. It was not a good place to stay. The staff gave us a room that had a person in it already when we opened the door. When we went back to the front desk they did not even apologize. It did not even seem like they were concerned that they had made a pretty egregious mistake. That could have been a very dangerous experience if the occupant had been armed or in a different scenario where they thought that they were in danger. Further, the staff did not make sure we had a ride on the first shuttle. We had put our name on the list but were still booted off our first shuttle because they overbooked the shuttle.

It was a dump. Unsafe activity in the parking area. No sheets on the sofa bed. Manager couldn't give us any because she was the only staff while the police were in the lobby arresting the belligerent drunk.

The Park Sleep Fly Experience worked just as advertised. The shuttle dropped us off and picked without any issues. The hotel itself is a bit run down. The rooms and common areas are pretty shabby and we spotted a cock roach in the bathroom. When we returned from our flight to spend the night, I was definitely more happy to be there than was our desk clerk. Her greeting to us was, ."credit card and form of ID". In the end we got 2 decent night's sleep, parking, and transport to the from the airport, as advertised at a good value. The hightlight of our stay was a couple of meals at Denny's which shares the parking lot with the hotel.

We did not know that the red roof Inn was a motel instead of a hotel so that was a shock. Also had several men lurking around so did not feel very safe. Only got three hours of sleep due to all the noise . We were lucky to get on the first shuttle because the next stop they had to leave people behind. Coming home the shuttle was full when it got to the airport but the driver let us get on and other people were left behind that had been waiting also ..Very disturbing

On the first night of our Park sleep fly stay, the room had not been satisfactorily cleaned from the prior guests stay. Floor dirty and sticky liquid mess between the beds , not cleaned in other areas either, dead crickets on the floor, refrigerator not emptied from prior guests, nasty chili leftover something. On the returning night of our Park sleep fly stay, we were assigned a third-floor room after specifically requesting a first-floor room. Totally unsatisfactory after being awake for 24 hours returning from an extended trip to Europe and Luggage appropriate for being away that length of time. Only after commenting that it would be quite the ordeal to be on the third floor did we get an offer of assistance. That was much appreciated. However when we went to check out the next morning the elevator was broken and we required assistance again to be able to vacate the hotel. Not soon enough in my opinion. If it had not been for hotel service staff going out of their way to assist us with the problematic issues, the hotel would not have even gotten two Stars.

Was VERY sketchy....broken down vehicles being worked on in the parking slots, one appeared someone was living out of the truck. I would NEVER stay there again!

Room was clean. Our room for the departure night was very small but the room on the return night was fine. There were only 3 small pillows on the king size bed. 1 more was definitely needed. The exterior of the hotel needs a make over and need to be cleaned up. Everyone working the front desk was great. They were all cheerful and helpful.

We were supposed to be picked up from airport when we got back, and after 5 called for a shuttle we had to pay for a taxi. The shuttle never showed up. we waited for an hour and a half!!!!!

Hotel room smelled musty and was dirty. The mattress was saggy and lumpy. We would not recommend staying there to anyone. It was so bad we didn’t stay there on returning even though we arrived at 1:30 a. m. The desk attendant was pleasant and did her best considering the pitiful circumstances.
