excelent service very clean

Hotel was a little dated and halls smelt like smoke but shuttle service and customer service was outstanding couldn’t ask for better service

hotel was awful looking. Needs to be updated severely. Was giving a room during check in which was already occupied. Just a old rundown hotel all and all. The shuttle service was good.

Usually use dfw north. Mistakenly made reservation at south. Was impressed with hotel. Nicer and shuttle service was much more prompt and friendlier

We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the return shuttle pick up from airport. Had to call back and they swore I had never called. I do not recommend this hotel!!

Very good experience

Terrible place! Will never stay there again. Rooms were worn out and dirty. Shuttle driver overslept and had to be called twice. Islam music was playing loudly while we were drinking coffee and waiting for our driver. On return, I called for shuttle pick up and was told to call after we got our bags because they didn’t want to make the driver have to wait. There was taxis and other hotel shuttles sitting and waiting for patrons! We got a taxi, picked up our vehicle, and drove home. We had our fill and wasn’t about to stay there another night.

Motel was great for a one night stay before flight. Very nice people that work the shuttle and desk. We will stay again.

We’ve stayed in some cheap hotels before but this one was by far our worst experience. The carpet in our room was sticky and we didn’t dare take our socks off (which were black on the bottom after walking in the room). The back of the curtains were black with a mold like substance and had holes in it. You could hear everything around you which made it hard to get some rest. Then we asked for the 5 am shuttle. The guy who checked us in that night said show up 10-15 minutes early. At 4:45 while we were trying to walk out the door our room phone rings. It was the morning clerk who rudely stated they were waiting on us and to hurry. His exact words. Then once we arrive down stairs he just hands us a piece of paper (checkout information) and walks off. Needless to say if we didn’t stay there again on our return trip.

I'm very thankful we survived this experience with all of our organs intact. This hotel is sketchy. It is very old and not very clean and very unsafe. I was convinced our van would be sent to a chop shop by the time we got back from our trip but (thankfully) it was still there. The ParkSleepFly website said the shuttle was available "on call" but it is actually only available hourly. When we went to the airport, the man working the front desk just left the desk unattended and drove us to the airport in an unmarked van. He also swerved quite a bit and I wondered if he had been drinking. When we returned, we decided it would be safer to just have someone drive my husband to the hotel and get the van instead of risking the shuttle again. The man who checked us in at the front desk was kind, but we waited 45 minutes in the dirty, smelly lobby to be checked in. I am the one who booked this stay, but I was shocked when I saw the state of the hotel. The pictures on the ParkSleepFly website are NOT accurate. I just went and looked at them to be sure. It is nowhere as nice or clean as the pictures show. I can tell it's the same place but barely. Stay away!

Adequate room when returning late from a trip

The hotel is what I would expect from a Super 8. Nothing fancy but it was clean and inexpensive.

Close, but not necessarily convenient due to the convoluted streets in that part of Dallas. Shuttle was waiting for us at 4am and got us to the airport quickly and easily.

Customer service and shuttle service was awful. When requesting our shuttle service back to the hotel, they hung up the phone on us 5 times, and arrived an hour and a half after our initial call for pick up. Would've been understanding if there was any traffic, but this was at 10:20 pm on a Saturday. Shuttle didn't arrive until almost midnight.

Hotel was clean and parking was convenient. Front desk clerk was abrupt and checkin process took over 40 minutes.

Pleased with our check in (Lewis at front desk was great.) However, at 1 am our room 307 sprung a leak from sprinkler in the ceiling, producing a constant load drip into a trash can we placed to catch the water. Too late to change rooms, we never were able to get back to sleep all night. When conveyed this to the front desk at 6 am, no apology or offer to comp or adjust our rate. Very surprised at that.

no coffee prepared before departure from hotel - very rude employee - rooms out-dated, computer broke, could not preprint boarding passes for airport. would I stay at this hotel again - NO NO

Nice, clean...bathroom light was a little dim

Terrible courtesy van. Called at 10:23pm to request transportation back to hotel was told it would be 30 to 45 min after an hour and a half called back was told that were still busy called multiple times asked estimated time was always told 15 more minutes. Was not picked up until after 12:45am. My husband and I had waited in same spot and saw every other hotel available do pick ups multiple times. Driver was rude said they normally closed down at midnight.

What I expected.. A heavy footed man or family staying just above our room. This went on from fairly late at night and started again about 4 AM.
