The hotel receptionists both at the front and back end of my trip were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle driver, Jeff, was helpful. I observed that he treated all his passengers with respect. He had a ready smile for all his passengers. Unfortunately, I couldn’t say the same thing for the driver who picked me up from the airport. He seemed unhappy about picking me up from DFW Terminal D at 9:35AM of Oct. 3, 2024.

Staff are phenomenal very helpful & friendly… I always stay here when I travel, convenience of parking my car day before flight and after flight is amazing.,,the food is great plus shuttle service to airport is great…. Leaves every half hour…. Thank you

Hotel accommodations were fine. Shuttle to airport was fine. The problem was when we got back to DFW we called for the shuttle from the hotel. The man at the desk just said ok. We waited over an hour and shuttle never arrived. Called back and a lady answered and she took all of our information and contacted the driver and shuttle finally arrived. All in all we waited over 90 minutes. The man needs some lessons on customer service. Ridiculous to have to wait that long.

4 and half stars.. ice machine broke on floor.. but rooms large, clean. Great breakfast, bar opened late for late arrivals. My car was there almost 2 weeks.. safe no issues

The stay was easy to book and very convenient. With the exception of the early-morning shuttle to the airport, it was very smooth. We felt unsafe as the morning driver exceeded speed limits and drove carelessly. Shuttles aren’t built to exceed speed limits on airport ramps. It seems especially dangerous to drive unsafely in an airport where people are often close to traffic. In contrast, our return shuttle trip was excellent. The driver was courteous and careful. He followed speed limits and completed the trip efficiently. We felt very safe.

The hotel was just what I needed. It was clean, had a restaurant, was close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle service. My car was secured behind a locked gate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent place with a decent location. Parking makes up for any shortfall in an older hotel. All in all a good,clean place to sleep and secure your vehicle.

Nasty rooms and bad service!!! Had to make them take us to the Airport at 3am as they kept waiting for people to come down and we were cutting it close already so we ended up 30min behind schedule. Then on the return we called and told them where we were. We waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to watch it drive right through terminal D and never stop. We called right when it happened and were told we weren’t there and we have to wait for him to make the rounds to come back. He never came back!!!!! So we ended up losing 40min of time and a $20 Uber back to the Atrium. We watched excellent service happen for Embassy suites and Holiday Inn!!! They will be getting our business from here on!
