Wingate by Wyndham DFW/North Irving - Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

I loved our stay and basically everything about it , the shuttle was on time to and from the airport , my car was parked there for 7 days came back it was still good , I highly recommend this place to anyone

Great location, friendly staff and very clean.

It was a good stay. The room was nice and staff friendly. The shuttle to the airport was a little cramped but it got me there. I waited for the shuttle back about 45 minutes then just called an Uber. I wasn't mad I just wanted to get home. Left my car for 5 days. That's really convenient.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Bed was great.

Suppose to be non-smoking hotel but the room smelled like smoke. Had to change rooms, second room was better.

Not the greatest looking area around the hotel but the hotel was nice

Would definitely stay again! Was very smooth process from checking in to being returned from the airport the next week!

Rooms clean and comfortable staff friendly and courteous shuttle service both ways from DFW dependable and drivers conscious of waiting out in Dallas afternoon heat and knowledgable of traffic routes into and out of terminals .Overal the stay , parking and shuttle service were just as promised the only hitch was trying to telephone to ask about the shuttle we’re unable to get answered in early afternoon but the shuttle van was running although we had to wait additional time because there wasn’t enough passenger space left on the first run by so the driver quickly returned in about 20 minutes after he got those in the previous load delivered

Hotel was under construction but wasn’t a bother to our stay. Rooms were remodeled and very comfortable.

Hotel was good for price but very disappointed with the ride to and from airport. We were told the shuttle would leave at 6:55 am for airport and signed up but at 6:35, while eating, we heard the driver say they were just going to leave for the earlier time. We asked the desk when he'd be back and take the next trip to airport. They weren't sure but thought he'd be back at 7:15 but didn't know when he'd leave for airport. We ended up sharing a cab with a pilot that had also signed up for the 6:55 shuttle. We also had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle to pick up at the airport from the time we called for it.

Surprisingly good breakfast with very sweet server. When we arrived, they could not find our reservation for about 10 minutes. Some lady was yelling at the desk clerk about her friends waiting for the airport shuttle to pick them up for over an hour. They told her the driver had turned his phone off and they could not get ahold of him. DO NOT stay at this hotel, if you're going to use the airport shuttle. Is it only leaves every 4 hours. Going to the airport, the driver insisted that American Airlines was only in terminal D. I had to show him my itinerary, because we were flying out of terminal C. After looking at the DFW website, it shows American Airlines uses 3 different terminals. The driver seemed annoyed that he had to take us to a different terminal. Coming back after our flight landed with luggage in hand, I called the hotel to come pick us up. We literally waited an hour and a 1/2 and called them 5 times. They just kept saying the driver was on his way and asked if we wanted his cell phone number?? Total nightmare after a long flight home!!
