Country Inn & Suites By Radisson DFW Airport South - Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Overall stay was good. Hotel was close to a good restaurant. Main issue is the main description says shuttle service from 6a-11pm. You don't find out until you've booked that the service is actually 6-11am and 4p-11pm. So I was able to get shuttle to airport but since my flight arrived at 2pm, I had to take rideshare to hotel upon arrival.

Ended up not staying because of flight issues. There is no n/a for room quality so I went neutral. Front desk staff were very helpful, courteous.

The hotel refused to pick us up from the airport because all their drivers had already went hike. We flew in at 10:30 with two toddlers and had no way to get back to the hotel. And to add insult to injury, we even called earlier that day to confirm our arrival time. Horrible experience with this hotel.

Before I flew out, I asked if the shuttle would be able to pick me up from the airport when my flight arrived at 11pm, they said yes, just call the hotel when your land. Called at about 10:45 and they said their shuttles were gone for the day. Would have been better had they just told me no so, I could plan accordingly. Otherwise, no issues. Staff was friendly. There’s a Walmart nearby which made it convenient to grab last minute shopping items before the trip.

At check-in, hotel said they could not provide return shuttle service since their driver got off at 11:30 am. (Our flight was scheduled to land at 12:10 pm). They said we would have to wait till after 4 pm when another driver would come on duty. They would not refund the deposit we had paid. We stayed elsewhere.

Adequate accommodations. Perfect for parking your car for a few days. The shuttle is punctual and drivers are nice and courteous.

Comfort Inn and Suites had Roaches. Lots of them. Killed 6 out of 7 in our room alone. Room was loud at night time. Did not eat at breakfast due to roaches in room. Hotel staff acted disinterested. Could not answer questions about shuttle or parking without assist and prompting. Did not feel like a safe place to leave car for the week. Shuttle service to airport good and driver helpful. Had to wait 1 5 hours and 7 calls to get pickup back to hotel. Very frustrated. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Would consider another hotel with park sleep and fly but would do better research first. DO NOT Book Comfort Inns and Suites on Hardwick. You will be disappointed.!

Shuttle driver was late but extra friendly

No coffee, staff not interested in accommodating guest . Arrived at DFW called for shuttle, no driver had to pay for a cab back to hotel to get vehicle. Will not stay there again.

We were left stranded at DFW due to the hotel shuttle never came to pick us up. I called for the shuttle and they stated it would be 15-30 min. Hour later after calling multiple times with no answer they finally picked the phone up and stated they were extremely busy and would let the driver know we was waiting. I watched other hotel vans go through terminal C multiple times , without ours going through once. Finally we called and paid a Uber to take us back to the hotel. When we arrived back at the hotel, the shuttle bus was still parked at the hotel and did not appear busy. They have yet to call us to see if we was picked up or found a ride. I’m guessing we would still be sitting at the airport waiting. I do not recommend staying here.
