The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The hotel shuttle took us to the airport at 4AM and when we arrived back from our trip, the shuttle arrived at the airport in about 15 minutes. The area seems to be a good area and was not concerned about leaving my vehicle. Would recommend the Element DFW Airport North to other travelers using ParkSleepFly.

The Element is a terrific hotel. It is very clean, friendly staff, great service. There is a free light snack with wine and beer around 6pm. Shuttle service to and from airport great. Will definitely stay here again.

First time staying here. We stayed for one night before our flight and parked our car for 2 weeks. Shuttle service was efficient going to the airport and coming back. Shuttle service was every 30 mins. The hotel was looking a little bit old but we primarily stayed here for the parking and shuttle service. Kiara and Judy at the front desk were very nice. We might consider coming back in the future if we are travelling overseas again.

Hotel was fine. Staff was courteous. I was scheduled for the first shuttle of the morning and was told it was running 15 minutes late. I was disappointed that the first shuttle was late. I took an Uber to make sure I got to airport on time.

Everything was great. For the level of comfort and ability to park our vehicle, this was a good value. The only complaint is that the room was a little warm and we were unable to lower the temp from what it what set at. Overall, will definitely be doing this again in the future.

The Element Hotel was a great place to park sleep and fly. It is a Marriott property and I even got Bonvoy points for staying!! The shuttle was right there in the morning to tee ale us and when we called after our trip, the shuttle was prompt.

This was our first time to try the parksleepfly as our flight was at 7:00 am out of DFW Airport and we live 2 1/2 hours away. We stayed at the Elements Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The transport to and from the airport was amazing. Very professional and friendly, from beginning to end.This is the way we will travel from now on!
