First thing that happened as soon as I got in the hotel the lady who checked us in was very rude and was communication in a foreign language with another person in the other register most of the time. She overcharged me for the stay and I will demand a refund for the extra charges to my card without an explanation. Last time I will stay at this hotel.

I called to see if the shuttle to the airport was a direct shuttle instead of a shared shuttle that visited several hotels on the way to the airport. I was assured that it went directly to airport so I booked the room. In fact, it was a shared shuttle. The Shuttle service went fine, but it adds time getting to the airport and being picked up from the airport. The rooms were basic and clean. No breakfast was offered for the two mornings I was there.

Stayed and parked originally for 10 days. Tested positive for covid in Mexico and had to quarantine for 14 days which gave us a total of 20 days parking. Let them know I would be parked longer and there was no extra charge. Truck was just like I had left it. I would definitely recommend Days Inn on John Carpenter Freeway.

The Days Inn was absolutely filthy. There was trash all over the floors. Hair in the shower. When we woke up the next morning we had bug bites all over us. The guys at the front desk were rude.

We have stayed at this hotel before....it is OK for a place to sleep before flying out the next morning but that is all it is, a place to lay down for a few hours. Room was musty smelling and the shower either had HOT or Cold water....no warm. Very hard to communicate with the people at front desk ( English is not their first language ) The shuttle service to the airport was right on time but return after the trip took 45 minutes after we called.

For the price one can overlook the shoddy state of the hotel. But you can’t overlook being put in a smoking room when you book a non-smoking, and you can’t overlook a hotel that advertises an airport shuttle not providing the actual shuttle service touted. Upon check in we were asked which shuttle time we needed, they wrote down our names, and we were told to arrive down at pickup 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, as we were rolling our bags up to reception for pickup, the shuttle pulled out and drove away. When asked about it at the front desk we were simply told it had left early and we would have to wait for the next one in an hour. Reception was very rude about it. We got an Uber to the airport. Upon arriving back at the airport, we called and requested a shuttle back to the hotel, but it never arrived and once again we unused an Uber. Pointless to pay for parking and a shuttle at this hotel. If you want a cheap nights sleep this might be ok for you, but if you are needing parking and a shuttle to the airport, look elsewhere.

The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and coffee as well as TV and Wifi. The bed was too soft and the toilet was old, using too much water and slow to flush.

The rooms were outdated but clean. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. I would stay here again for the price. We had to wait for the shuttle over 30 minutes to pick us up at the airport. I do understand they are busy. The driver was friendly. The air temp in the van was very cool and comfy.
