Hotel was very nice. However I was really disappointed because the website said they would transport you to the airport and pick you up. They would/could not do it. We got Uber and spent an extra 60+$ just to get rides to and from hotel. This was really disappointing. Staff was not friendly at all. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

There was no shuttle at all and I had to get an Uber both directions, so it didn’t save me any money at all.

Very nice, comfortable bed, accommodating staff. Would stay there again.

Lobby and hallway had clumps of mud, and each time the back exit opened, we were overwhelmed with smoke, making me think the hotel was not smoke free. The room was clean, however. Courteous staff.

Everything was ok and the room and everything clean and the shuttle service was great

The room was nice and shuttle to the airport was on time. However.... when I tried to arrange shuttle back to hotel I was told to call when it was needed. When I arrived at the airport and called for shuttle I was informed no shuttle was available. I had to get a Lyft ($23) back to hotel. Also reservation was made for 4 people and only two towels and washcloths were in the room.

Word of caution...make sure to read ALL of the fine print about the shuttle service. We returned to pick up our car around 1:00 p.m. only to be told by the hotel representative that the shuttle only ran in the mornings and at evenings. We did the service to save money on parking and have done this before, but it would have been nice if the attendants at the hotel when we checked in had told us that the shuttle didn't run at the time we were expected to return (between noon and 1:30 p.m.). They knew what time we were expected to return because they asked when we signed the paperwork for our car to stay there so I don't feel there was an excuse for not pointing this out to us at checkout.

Had to get a Uber to pick up my car because hotel did not have a shuttle driver until 8pm and I landed at 5pm.

The best experience I have had in the 5 years I have been using this service. The hotel is being updated and everything is clean. The manager went above and beyond helping me with a problem. Staff friendly. This is the hotel I will use for now on. Thanks

Hotel was good for the money. I downgraded the rating because of the limits on the transportation to the airport and back -- every 2 hours, for only a few hours in the morning, and in the evening for a few hours starting at 8 p.m. -- so I ended up taking an uber from the airport to the hotel, otherwise I would have sat waiting for 5 hours.

This hotel was ok for the price. Rooms were clean but the bed was not comfortable at all. My biggest complaint is with the shuttle service. We purposely stayed at this hotel again because we had stayed there 4 months prior and liked the shuttle service to the airport. Upon check in, we were told the only time available for shuttle service the morning of our fight was 4 hours prior to flight time..not happy but we took it anyway. When we called for shuttle service back to hotel at 10:00am, the lady at the front desk(very rude) informed us they would not come get us and that it clearly stated on the website that the hours were from 4-9 am and 8-11:30pm. Also stated that it had always been like that, well that is not true from our previous stay when we arrived at 3:00pm and they shuttled us back. On the website it does state the hours of operation but it also states "service is on-demand", and when we checked out the morning of our flight, we were told by front desk to call when we returned for a shuttle pick up. We ended up using Uber. I do not recommend this hotel and their shuttle service!! One positive is that the lady driver for shuttle was super nice!

This hotel was ok, but they didn't offer an airport shuttle at the time of our arrival. Turns out there was the fine print that must be read. Had I noticed, I would've picked another place to stay. The shuttle to the airport was great though....the driver was super sweet!

Hotel was fine. Check in staff not very helpful but checkout staff was very good The shuttle information was not exact. Return shuttle didn’t start running until 8pm

The hotel could use a little attention. The bathroom in my room had endured some shoddy workmanship

Actually, very poor and should be taken off your list. Check in was not quick and took some time, but the most frustrating part was when we called to be picked up at the airport, we were told it would be over 2 hours before they could come. We took a cab instead. I would take this one off your list.
