We stayed there September 3rd this year before leaving the next day for vacation. It was our Anniversary so, we had dinner across the street which, was very convenient. Left our vehicle there for 7 days with absolutely no issues! Our courtesy van driver was very kind and friendly. We talked with him all the way back to hotel to get our car. This was the second time this year that we have used Park Sleep and Fly services and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks!

Everything went nice and smooth. Only issue was need to get the Rear Doors on the Van Fixed. We all had to load our bags in the side and try and get them to the back of Van . Then back out at airport!!!

The hotel environment was clean and the staff were friendly and respectful. Both drivers that we encountered on departure and arrival were courteous and on time! I arrived at the airport upon my return before I called the hotel for the shuttle and it arrived sooner than I anticipated! I will definitely use them again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was a sink that drained very slowly. We also had to return to the lobby to have the key reprogrammed 2 times when returning from dinner.

I have a conflicting review. The staff was polite and kind. Although we waited at the hotel after our vacation for TWO hours for the shuttle. We weren't alone in waiting an unacceptable amount of time. My complaint is that during rush hours, you need more drivers/shuttles. You had people expecting a service that you failed to give. You had families waiting hours at the airport for a service you said you provide, and it was beyond unacceptable. Moving forward, we will not be staying with La Quinta.

Hotel was ok. Scheduled a 4AM pick up time, just to show up in lobby & was told no shuttle bus available. They had to call someone else to come pick us up which was around 35+ mins later. That driver initially told us he had to go back to his hotel & pick up guests for his 5AM. We told him if he takes us first he wouldn't regret the tip so we made it on time. Pick up went smooth & vehicle I left had no damages. Probably wouldn't stay here again though.

I scheduled an appointment to leave the hotel but had to wait 30 minutes after calling the hotel to get a ride back to the parking lot. Maybe I should have checked on the return part before I left the hotel so that I wasn't waiting so long.

Never again! Awful experience. Waited over an hour for shuttle. Given 2 different locations for pickup at airport. In the final one, shuttle went by and driver ignored us as I waved him to stop. Ended up having to tasked UBER. Had to pay $28 to get to hotel. I want reimbursements for Uber at least.

Outgoing night at hotel— staff was courteous and prompt, but hotel hallway was very noisy after 10pm. Strong smell of cannabis smoke in the hallway that seeped into our room.Room adequate, but difficult to control AC erratic. Shuttle was prompt going to airport, but she dropped us in the wrong place and we had to walk a long way to another entrance with our suitcases to check in for our flight. The night we returned, we had to wait almost an hour after calling for the shuttle. It was midnight before the shuttle finally picked us up. After an international flight, we were exhausted by that time. Way too long to wait. Return room was not as clean as the previous stay. There was a dead roach under the sink cabinet. Hot Breakfast was adequate and well prepared.
