Comfort Suites DFW Airport - Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Very comfortable, Shuttle got us there in plenty of time, First time using ParkSleepFly and would highly recommend this service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to us on our parking and staying on our return. I would definitely use them again.

Check in was great. Room was nicer than planned.

Really poor shuttle service, communication. Blatant lies. Left sitting outside in Dallas in late July for 84 minutes waiting. No apologies.

The hotel and the shuttle to the airport were fine, but one I got back and needed the shuttle back to the hotel it never arrived, I called the hotel twice to ask about the shuttle and after 45 minutes waiting I decided to get an uber.

Spacious room, very quiet hotel, great air conditioner. Slept very well. Shuttle to the airport went perfectly. Would highly recommend!

No breakfast at hotel. Pick up at airport was too long and too many stops. I have been happier in the past.

It was adequate but a bit expensive for the quality.

Hard to check in. Hard to understand everyone. Loud. At 11:30, the front desk called to tell us someone wanted in our room. All parties were in our room asleep since we had to be at the airport at 4:30 a. m. He insisted that we let this person in our room. I said no one was missing. He said he made us 5 key cards. I said we had only 2 for the 4 of us. After trying to go back to sleep, someone came up and periodically knocked on our door the rest of the night. No more sleep. We got up at 3:45 and left on 5:15 shuttle. Trying to speak about the return shuttle was difficult. Hard to get straight answer. The hotel smelled of weed and Pine Sol, as if someone was trying to mask the odor. Our return trip was equally exhausting. We called them to come get us and 35 minutes later no one was there. We had given them our number. We stood where they told us to. We called them back and they said they had come and gone. We said where we were again. 30 minutes later. they drove by and said they were full and would send someone in 5 minutes. That turned into 35 more minutes. We called again and finally a shuttle came. We waited over 1 and a half hours. We asked if this was for comfort inn and suites, and he said yes. We got in. This was almost 2 a. m. at this point. As we drove by the hotel, he said he couldn’t stop at comfort suites, only comfort inn. I told him it was comfort suites and gave him the address and my receipt. He repeated that he could only go to comfort inn. We went to comfort inn. We said it was not our hotel. He then recanted and said he could only go to comfort suites and drove us back. He said he was confused. We were exhausted from flying in from a week’s cruise in Alaska and traveling since 7:30 a m. This was a terrible experience that we will never repeat.

The hotel was clean but did not have any supplies in the room.

The hotel is quite dated, but it was a comfortable enough stay just for an early-morning flight. The shuttle to the airport for our departure was prompt and efficient. We called upon our arrival after claiming our luggage to arrange the transport back. We walked directly to the pick up point. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We waited almost 40 minutes while looking diligently for the transport vehicle described and even asked a few drivers if they were for us. We finally called Comfort Inn and Suites and were told that the driver stopped and couldn’t find us. We found this very hard to believe as we had been standing directly under the sign and at the front of the sidewalk. They sent the driver back to us and we were picked up promptly.

Very disappointed. I'm a very easy to please person but we had so many issues I will not chose this hotel again.
