This stay worked fantastic for our parking for a 13 day trip. We had no trouble or excessive waiting time for the shuttle service, it was easy to use. Room was clean and breakfast on our way out was good.

Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. Location of the hotel to DFW was really good. Shuttle service to and from DFW was excellent. All the staff were friendly.

The staff was great, room was fine, parking adequate. I was told the shuttle comes at the top of every hour but is often/usually early so I should be there(lobby) a bit before the hour. I was there 4 to 5 minutes early and the shuttle was already gone. I had to Uber to the airport. Totally making the overnight stay meaningless.

Hotel does not seem to have enough parking to participate in this program. We were told to park our car in an adjacent field when no spots were available in the lot. Our room on the first night had roaches in it.

The hotel did not provide a step to get into the van to the airport. I am disabled. This should have been provided for any disabled person without asking. I did call back and ask them to have it ready when i returned on July 27th. They did not provide a step or buy one. This definitely is not ADA compliant

Missing a light bulb in one lamp. Toilet flapper needs to be replaced as it was broken so had to lift tank lid on toilet and reset flapper location after flushing so that tank could refill.

We can stay and park cheaper than parking alone at DFW and the shuttle drops you directly where you need to be. They tell you to go to the Courtesy Van pick up area, but we did not see directions to there from inside DFW. You have to go to the lower level B3 area for pick up.
