Easiest park and fly. Everyone was helpful, courteous and room was comfortable.

Comfortable bed. Awesome shuttle service.

Wish the restaurant and bar would have been open

Airport shuttle service went well. Rooms were average quality. The reason for the lower rating is the hotel staff seemed confused on the whole process. Room type selection limited. And the room (floor) was dirty.

we stay here often and always have a good experience. The beds are comfortable and it's great having JT's eatery so close.

The hotel was very good and the morning shuttle to the airport was on time and very good. We were very pleased to learn that we would have covered parking which we did not know. But we were not told this at the time we checked in. We went back and spoke with someone else and was then told it could be parked in a ramp. We were disappointed on the return to get our car. Took the shuttle close to an hour to come to the airport after calling. There was only one driver with 2 shuttles just sitting at the hotel. It also took another 45 minutes for the person to get us our car. Saturday returns are high and one person is not enough. If this part had been better it would have been 5.

Great hotel, easy walk to visit mall of America, and great service getting to and from the airport! We even lucked out and got our car parked in overflow covered parking!

Hotel and Restaurant were nice. Had to call for the return shuttle and no one at front desk answered the phone for at least 10 minutes. Then we still had to wait more than 25 minutes. The van was nice and warm and the driver was good and offered to drop us at our car.

The staff at this hotel was very difficult to work with. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation. I had all my confirmation information and they re-entered the information. We left our car and took the shuttle to the airport. When we flew back, our flight was delayed. I called the hotel to check and make sure that was ok. I also asked about cribs to make sure we had one available for our late arrival, the receptionist said it wouldn’t be a problem. We arrived at the airport around 1am and the shuttle took 40 minutes to get to the airport. I went to check in at the hotel and the front desk assistant said my reservation was not until the next night, “ we have no rooms available”. I once again dug out my trip information and showed proof of my reservation. After about a 15 minute conversation, they miraculously found a room. But no cribs available. The entire process was a hassle. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean, bed were comfortable, and shuttle was great! The noise of fellow guests in the hallways all night long was rather frustrating as none of us got any sleep due to yelling and screaming at all hours of the night.
