Comfort Inn Airport MSP - Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport

Outdated and not clean. Had to interrupt front desk staff from socializing to check in. Told me no details. Had to ask where to park, breakfast info, shuttle schedule.

I was informed that the shuttle would be delayed at least 30 minutes and no guarantee there would be enough room so I contacted Uber. Did not use shuttle either way because could not count on it. Very disappointed. Will not use in future travel.

Arrived around 1am and they could not find our reservation even with my receipt. So got another room that was not a king size bed but felt like a double. Thankfully we were extremely tired. Also when getting a shuttle to airport driver felt it was okay for us (2 passengers) to only have one seat. We didn’t feel good about that so said we would wait, he never came back so another driver took us an hour later who was very accommodating. Also driver who picked us up at airport in return was amazing. Wish I would have gotten those 2 drivers names.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating. The shuttle, however, was not. We waited for over an hour for the return shuttle with poor communication from the driver. I won't use this service at Comfort Inn ever again. It was not at all worth the money.

Clean, reasonably priced facilities. We have stayed there many times through the years, using the shuttle to the airport service. We have always been pleased with the service and pricing.

Everything we needed - Clean and comfortable room, great service and convenient, safe parking and shuttle service for our late night return!

Friendly staff, same desk person on & remembered me. convenient. clean rooms.

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. They were doing upgrades so some spots a little messy but not dirty and signs everywhere talking about the upgrades :)

Shuttle service was prompt, even during the very late evening arrival time.

Hotel is in disrepair, I will never stay there again

Good Location, shuttle driver and shuttle services were sketchy. Driver was 30 minutes late to get us to the hotel.

Older hotel. Smells musty. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Staff quick and respectful.

The bathtub was gross. There was hair and dirt in the tub and the drain was clogged. The hallways and room smelled like pot.

Almost got locked in stairwell because knobs/levers had been punched out or removed from doors.

They had the best front desk staff, and their shuttle driver was awesome! They will definitely be my first and only choice for MSP park & fly.

I had 2 rooms booked-2 full sized beds in each room. When we arrived only one room was available and they had to ‘upgrade’ one of the rooms to a king with a pullout couch while charging us more for the room. The pullout couch came with no sheets or pillows. The room itself was dated and dirty looking/feeling.

My stay was the best room was comfortable and personell were friendly and efficient. Our ride to and from the airport was done with minimal waits

Hotel was clean and quiet. We had a little trouble at check in somehow our reservation got cancelled but was able to be reinstated when we arrived so all was good. We called for a pickup at the airport and they came in a timely matter the driver was very nice and helpful We will stay again at Comfort Inn Airport in Bloomington

Very nice, clean, perfect for our quick overnight stay to catch an early flight and return on a late flight.
