Room was comfortable, staff was pleasant, bar and restaurant employees were very friendly. Shuttle to airport was on time and arrived safely. Shuttle on return took about 35 minutes to arrive, trip was safe and driver was pleasant

Hotel was great and the service was incredible but parksleepfly.com is a rip off as you pay an $80 charge for booking through them and the hotel provides this service for free. Next time I would just book with the Hilton Garden Inn myself and skip the middle man.

The hotel was a lovely haven of rest for me. I got a good night's sleep before taking the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly.

We have used park sleep fly many times and have been very pleased. We have specifically used this hotel several times and been very pleased. Unfortunately, this time the shuttle service upon our return did not as well. We called and spoke to hotel staff to request our return shuttle. We were told it would be a few minutes. We received a text saying our driver and shuttle were on the way. Well over 45 minutes later a shuttle arrived but not the driver we were told. The driver who did come said the original driver’s shift ended a half hour ago. Somehow our request was lost. We were not even on the new driver’s list. The new driver was very kind and helpful. We had a good trip back to the hotel then.

Everything went very well. When we were wanting to be picked up by the shuttle it took over 30 minutes. We were not happy about that because we had a 3 1/2 hour drive home when I called them at 2:50 PM. They said someone was would be there in a few minutes Over 30 minutes later somebody arrived. They said it was because there was a shift change and offered us a drink ticket at the bar that had to be used that day we could not accept the drink ticket because we had to drive. I asked for points which they said they would give me.

It was a good experience. Great hotel. I wish the 2nd shift girl had some help answering phones. We were told she was alone and it too 45 minutes to get through to request a shuttle pick up

All was good. Would suggest that I really don't like getting the notice the day we are returning that our car will be towed if we don't pick it up. The hotel assured me that wouldn't happen, but we can't control airline schedules and in my case we were staying overnight at the hotel upon our return so we would be allowed to park there anyhow. Don't need that kind of email on a travel day that is already hectic.
