We were very disappointed that when we got to the hotel they no longer had free shuttle service to the airport. It ended up costing us an additional 60 dollars to take a taxi to and from the airport. Why are they on your list? Below you have a question that is required to answer, how long did you wait for shuttle? Unable to answer truthfully since we had no shuttle.

It was incredibly easy to use Park and Fly - the hotel told us exactly where to park and gave us a ticket to put on the dashboard. The hotel itself is a bit older but was clean and comfortable. No shuttle was provided but that was stated on their website.

We did not find out until we got to the hotel that they did not provide airport transportation and we had to arrange for a taxi at our own expense ($30.00 each way) to get to the airport. I thought the purpose of parksleepfly was to shuttle passengers to the airport.

Has no shuttle to airport, so should not be in this. Totally unacceptable. Room wasn’t great. All of the plug in’s are do loose that your device doesn’t stay plugged in. Evening reception there was not enough snacks for the people there. Very disappointed in this.

The hotel is very nice, the have a very nice breakfast in the morning, they have a bar in the hotel. There is also a restaurant next door, which is nice because we just walked over. The downfall, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport and I never even noticed because it came up on the parksleepfly. This should be more bold that they don't offer it. They will reserve you a cab, but then you have to get a cab or uber back which then I could stay somewhere else cheaper so.

The hotel was very nice and had a snack and 2 free drinks available in the evening. There was no shuttle available. They said they don’t offer one. We ended up paying $30 for a taxi to the airport and $35 on the way back.

My only complaint, when I booked this stay, the hotel had a shuttle. Later I was informed it did NOT have a shuttle. But did arrange a taxi for us.

The hotel itself is fine. The problem was, for a park-sleep-fly, they have no airport shuttle. Apparently it is listed on the last line of the page. Not what I expected.

Hotels clean staff was efficient. Breakfast was OK. You need to talk to the hotel and update your information. They do not have a shuttle and have not had a shuttle at the Embassy suites in Bloomington Minnesota since Cove it and don’t have any plans to start it up again very disappointed had to Uber over to the airport and back.
