Excellent sleep, park and fly experience! Room was great, shuttle service very prompt, even at 11:30pm. Called and they arrived within 10 minutes.

I chose this facility because we had stayed at other Marriot hotels previously, and they were all very good. The hotel itself is great; the room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were two issues that arose. One night there was a storm and my car was damaged by a falling light pole. It put a dent in the roof and knocked the drivers side mirror off. The car is driveable, but there is a leak above the driver’s door and the broken mirror is a safety issue. Darren called me to let me know about it, and we spoke to the manager before we left for our home. That was a week ago. No further communication since. He had assured me that their loss manager was aware, but nothing has happened. Also, on the morning that we were leaving, my husband had left the room. Within a minute or two there was a quick knock at the door, it opened and a man walked in. I was on my way to the shower (undressed) when he came. He saw me and backed out. I was very upset. When my husband returned a few minutes later, I dressed and we went to the desk to check out. We spoke to the manager there about this incident, and he did remove the charge for that night’s stay. He said it probably was a staff member but has a training issue. But still nothing about the car.

No free coffee. A hassle to get free internet. No microwave

Hotel and hotel stay meet my expectations as a Marriott property. However, it took me 3 drives around the property on Friday night to even find a parking space at the hotel for the Park and Fly. This is unacceptable when I have paid for this service, but yet the hotel overbooks and has no parking spots available. A nice assistant mgr. (I believe she was) said she was just getting off of work and that I could have her space when she backed out to leave, which ended up working out just fine, thanks to her. Surprised thought that. And the shuttle driver (Ramelis?) was fabulous...what a great gentleman to have working for you and representing Marriott. Due to issues with your shuttle Dispatch folks (might be front desk employees??) my family of 6 had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle pickup at the airport at midnight last night, which was very upsetting, and is the worst I have had in my 25 years of business travel. Ramelis did a great job apologizing for this though and said there may have been some confusion with "2 groups" needing pickup last night around the same time, but dispatch never said how many people were in each group. And only because of him, we may be back to his hotel for our next family vaca.

Great experience from check in to getting back from our trip. Hotel staff and shuttle drivers were amazing and kind. Everything worked out so smoothly and had no issues with parking or airport shuttle to and from airport.

The service and room were great. The Park and fly was fantastic. The airport shuttle was prompt and easy to use.

Hotel was good. Customer service very good. But, we had a last minute emergency the next morning and had to leave and go home. No refund, only if cancelled 48 hrs ahead. Who knows they are going to have an emergency last minute.

Very clean and comfortable

3 stars only because the room we had the first night had something wrong with the heating unit in the room. It was very noisy and disruptive to our sleep. The room we stayed in after we returned from our trip was good.
