Shuttle service to drop off at MSP Airport will leave every hour at the 15 minute of the hour to Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey). Hotel was clean, comfortable and even let us access part of the kitchen before an early flight to grab some milk and juice and snacks. Very polite drivers to the airport would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly but our hotel rooms were dirty and the bathroom door would get stuck if it was closed. One room had baby cereal on the floor when we first entered.

Very convenient, staff was excellent! We got to our room at 1:30am after a very long travel day and there was trash in the bathroom waste can, the toilet had been used and a dirty towel was on the counter. We were too exhausted to do anything about it at the time but I spoke to the desk clerk in the morning. She was going to have the Manager contact me. So far all I've not heard a peep from them! VERY DISAPPOINTED that no contact has been made!!!

Our room had no wash cloths and no bath mat. We asked the front desk for some and were told housekeeping was gone for the day so they could not help. This is terrible customer service. The least that could have been done was to locate a room that was not occupied and given us those linens. But instead nothing was donel

Room was not clean. Bed had a stain on it so we had to request a different room. Parking lot had people fighting and drinking .

Clean rooms, good mattress, great staff. The delayed shuttle arrival upon return was only due to construction and related traffic outside the airport. Would definitely use this service and hotel again.

Never stayed the night! It was not a good experience. First room had ripped window screen and what looked like black mold on upper portion of the window and hanging down ready to fall. I'd send a pick if I could. Then asked for different room. The gave us another room. This room smelled like urine and to confirm our noses there was a room deodorizer prompted up on a picture hanging in the room. Called Hilton Garden Inn in Eagan and they had a room and parking available. Left Country Inn and told front desk that we would not be staying there.
