The staff is wonderful. Our shuttle too the airport was very prompt. We did wait quite a while to be picked up from airport, but it was rush hour, and there was another couple from a different terminal, so that is understandable. Unfortunately, because it is a "pet friendly" hotel, it smells bad. Our room smelled very bad, even the pillows and bedding. Maybe it was just this room, but animals had definitely relieved themselves in there and it was inadequately cleaned. We are fine with low cost, no frills hotels, but the smell was just too much, so I will look for a different hotel in the park sleep fly directory.

The place looks sketchy. Older but clean but the mattress was very old. Driver was friendly and on time but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

If u need a park & fly, it’s close and beds were good. It was clean and reasonably priced.

The smoking area literally right outside our room! Did not sleep all night as people were coming and going to smoke all night!

Hotel is outdated. There was two bags of garbage blocking 2nd floor stairs. No elevator. Parksleepfly is ok but this hotel is not recommended.

The front desk was very nice The room was ok but cob webs all over the ceiling Took a long time to turn the water on in the shower, they tightened it so tight I would never had done it without my 67 year old boyfriend who had a terrible time. Our drivers to and from the airport were very nice but I couldn’t understand anything the person on the other end of the phone was saying when I called for the shuttle on our return trip. We had to figure it out ourselves where to go. I understand accents but this one was extremely hard to figure out

Decent hotel & close to the airport. We waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle. We’ve always had good luck with the shuttle service & that is one of the main reasons we stay here.

Too long to retype, so here is a copy of my Google Review: NEVER AGAIN. Never again will I try to trust the semi-decent reviews among the rest of the bad ones...and I feel like I was one of the lucky ones with an "ok" room. Upon checking in, the lobby had a smell to it, and the commercial fan in front of the air freshener wasn't cutting it. The employee was blunt and unfriendly, just took my ID and told me to sign some unexplained papers, gave me a room key, and sent me on my way. The 2 dimly lit hallways we went down to get to our room smelled like moldy carpet and sewage. Our room itself wasn't as bad as other reviews described, but still wasn't a room I found comfort or cleanliness in. One of those places I didn't want to sleep under the sheets in or walk barefoot on the carpet.. The ceiling in the bathroom consisted of rotten ceiling tiles and needs replacing. The A/C fan revs up and down like a car engine all night. There wasn't cable TV, so we used YouTube on the old Smart TV in the room to find something to watch... The shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time, so we were thankful for that. However, we called twice about the shuttle service back to our car upon return from our trip (we used ParkSleepFly), waited over an hour for the shuttle, and it never came... The hotel stopped answering my calls after an hour without a shuttle. We used an Uber to get back to the hotel to get my car. Was it worth the $120 to stay 1 night and keep a car there for 4 days? No, especially when other places were just a few bucks more... Never Again. I didn't feel safe, didn't feel clean, didn't feel welcome... I only felt comfortable leaving a review after the hold on my credit card went away, as several have complained about that as well.. Shame on La Quinta, a brand I've enjoyed in the past, for letting this place carry your brand name.

Hotel staff was helpful,but were hard to understand. Hotel it self was old and in need of upgrading.

When we got to the room it looked as someone had been laying on the beds. Thinking it was just us and it was all good we went to bed. During the night (3:15 am) I was woken up by someone at the door. Then the door opened and was only stopped by the security latch. I got up and relocked the door. Then a few minutes later the same thing happened, and I said who the hell is this. All I heard was, " is this Greg's room". I said no and slammed the door. We were catching a flight at 5 the next morning so we were up after that. When I said something to the desk, I was told the Maintenace guy was looking for a bad lock. I say NO DAM way

Shuttle drivers were very helpful

Worn down, dirty, bed sucked, breakfast was worthless

The hotel was old; However , It was clean and generally in good repair. The lobby area definitely needed repairs of walls And window treatments . It was in a good location. Close to the airport. The continental breakfast was very limited with bread, English muffin, butter, yogurt, cereal, coffee.

The building needs to be painted on the outside. Rooms were nice

The hotel was old, run down, dirty, smelly & located in a questionable area. The staff was pleasant & service was prompt. The shuttle to & from the airport was punctual & the drivers were nice.

The staff at the hotel was nice and accommodating but the hotel gave me a very uneasy feeling because of the area and people hanging out around it. The room was ok because the beds were ok, but the window door locks seemed questionable and the bathroom was moldy. You could smell marijuana smoke in the hallways but thankfully our room itself smelled ok. You could smell it once in a while through the air conditioner while it ran. I didn't get much sleep because I was nervous about someone trying to get in our room. I was honestly worried about leaving our car there. The parking lot had so many potholes it was hard to drive in it. It was well lit, but was worried I'd come back to a vandalized car. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back and it was fine. I liked Park N Fly, but I wouldn't ever stay at this particular hotel again.
