Everything was perfect besides one thing, when we landed back in Minnesota and called for a ride, the hotel scheduled an uber for us but called back shortly after saying they were locked out of their uber account. It was midnight and -20 degrees out and after a full day of travel and with a 3 hour drive ahead of us we didn’t want to wait the 15-20 mins for a cab and asked if we could call our own uber and get reimbursed (not a problem at all). I was reimbursed a few days later. The man behind the desk handled it great, it would be nice if upper management of the hotel would give these guys access to those things in case stuff like that happens again in the future.

Staff was very unorganized and didn't know much about the Park&Fly shuttle service. Upon returning, we called and asked for a shuttle back and had to call twice to ask with about a half hour wait.

The only downfall for this park and fly, is that their shuttle stops at midnight, so if you come in after that you have to get a taxi back to the hotel. Other than that, the experience was great.

The hotel was fine. The staff was good, the room was clean. The bathroom was clean but a little dated. The Green Mill restaurant attached to the hotel has very good food. The shuttle service left at top of the hour and was back to pick us up from the airport in about 20 minutes from the time I called, which is what I expected. The shuttle van, however, was not very nice. It smelled very stale, the seats are stained and it rattled real bad. I would definitely use the service again if they get a new shuttle but will not use unless they get newer/cleaner shuttle.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and the staff very friendly. However, I will not park and fly from this hotel again. it took over an hour from the time I called for our shuttle until we were back at the hotel. This includes the four times I called and was put on hold but the phone was never answered.

We booked here because it was easily accessible off the interstate and they had a shuttle starting early enough for our flight. However, by the time we were able to get checked in, the shuttles were already booked (people who had flights at 8:30 were taking the 4am shuttle). So the front desk attendant suggested she could line up a taxi for us because she wasn’t sure what the availability is from uber/lyft in the morning. (We found out in the morning that they get a kick back for booking the taxi with a certain company) When we returned, I called the hotel and they initially told me another 45 min - 1 hour until we could be picked up. I had to throw a bit of a stink until he finally told me someone could be there in 10-15. I don’t think we will be staying with them again. If you cannot accommodate your park and fly customers, I’d suggest either getting a larger vehicle or don’t advertise you have a shuttle service.

The Holiday Inn Bloomington was fine. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There is no continental breakfast, which would have been nice.

Staff were great. The desk manager when we checked in the evening of the 25th was friendly and helpful. The desk person early Saturday AM (10/26) was amazing. I believe her name was Virginia.

I know this section is for hotel review however, since you don't list a comment box for the shuttle services I will leave it here. OUr shuttle to take us to the airport was over an hour late and then rather than taking us directly to the airport so we didn't miss our flight, the driver took two pilots to a simulator in Eagan and then finally took us to the airport. Upon our return we waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and then were told that before the driver could take us to the hotel/our car that he first needed to go to Eagan to pick up two pilots from the simulator. By the time we got to the hotel to get in our car and drive the 2 1/2 hr drive home 1 1/2 hours had passed. We will NEVER use the Holiday Inn park and fly again and will make sure all of our friends and family know about this horrible service!

The hotel park sleep fly service was everything we needed for the start of our vacation. The shuttle offered from hotel was a life saver for us. Love the Green mill bar and restaurant. Very nice.
