The hotel has recently been renovated and was very nice. The staff that we delt with (both by phone and in person) were very friendly and helpful. Because of the late hours of our departure and arrival I was worried about transportation to and from the airport. The hotel provided an Uber ride both ways. The only thing missing was not having a complimentary breakfast. This was the second time we have used park-sleep-fly this year.(We stayed at a Hyatt the first time. We will definitely use park-sleep-fly again.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and close to the airport. Green Mill restaurant located within the lobby, so nice food options. Our TV didn't work while we were there (no signal). A storm had passed through and the person at the front desk blamed it on that; however, even the next day there still wasn't service. Our flight was delayed two hours, and they allowed us to push our check out time later. The original Uber driver set up by the shuttle service was caught in traffic. We waited 20 min, then the woman at the front desk ordered another driver. They were there within a couple minutes, which was a nice relief. I really wish I could remember her name as she was very friendly and helpful!! (April 29, 2025)

Very good place to stay. We stayed there before flying on a trip. It’s convenient and we felt leaving our car it would be safe. . Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the Green Mill Restaurant on site. Overall…great experience.

Hotel and staff were both great. They were sure to give me the business card and explained to me that my uber from the airport back to my car was included in the package too and to give them a call so they would be able to request my lift back to the hotel. The staff were very courteous and explained everything to me as I had not used this before, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks much for all your help.
