Location was so convenient next to airport, room was clean, breakfast was awesome, shuttle was so great to Mall of America (what a bonus) and clerks were nice. The only thing I would suggest is our door knob was loose (room 219) and that they have a luggage scale ($5 at walmart) for guest to borrow. That is just for our convenience but it sure would have helped instead of lugging luggage to gym to weight it on scale. 4 stars for real. Loved the place.

Shuttle wait from airport was ~45 minutes. This was due to not realizing we had to call hotel for the shuttle. A suggested improvement is to make this more clear on-line and communicate this to customers as they are checking in.

We will come back and stay again. The staff was very helpful when we set up arrangements for our flight. When we returned they were there in 10 minutes to pick us up. Great place to stay and leave your car when going on vacation. Thanks so much :)

Hotel was nice enough but the service was disappointing. Upon our return, I called the hotel three times requesting pick-up service. Each time , I was assured that the van was on the way and would be there in less than 10 minutes. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting, we took a cab at our expense. No reimbursement was given by the hotel.

Arriving back at MSP after 11 p.m., one would have expected a faster pick up. After we were the last ones from our flight standing and watching one hotel after another pick up guests, I called and it was still another 15 minutes after that before we were picked. up. Just a negative end to our trip.

Average hotel, however despite numerous phone calls and requests and waiting for an hour and a half the shuttle did not show and we were forced to take a cab to hotel to retrieve our car. Once there and attempting to explain the disservice to a manager both she and the customer service woman we spoke to while requesting transport were argumentative and unapologetic even after acknowledging her fault prior on the telephone and promising the manager would make it right by us. Deplorable staff.

Stayed on Fifth floor. room was a bad to be part of Hyatt Name. Bath Tub and bathroom loose old Silcone Caulking, Sowerhead Rusting, Over all dirty, Same for the Furniture. Bed mattres was exceptable

Overall very nice place to stay and leave my vehicle. My only concern was I was given in accurate information about the shuttle times. They run every 30 minutes. Not, when you call them they will come pick you up.

It was good, smaller hotel, clean and large rooms. A little confusing upon checking in as they don't provide much info about where to park, calling for shuttle and front desk looks a bit casual but we figured it out with lots of questions. A hand out would be nice about breakfast, shuttle service and parking. Shuttle drivers were very nice.

Good food, excellent room. Shuttle to airport ran every half hour. Very satisfied.
