The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfy. Stayed here before a flight and would highly recommend. Staff and shuttle drivers were kind and helpful. It felt like a safe place to park my car while I was gone on a trip. I cannot recommend this place and its services enough!

Hotel was fine however we learned the hard way that they did not have a 24/7 shuttle and had to fine transportation at 2:00 am. We had confirmed with the hotel at time of booking and with the driver after our airport drop off after our first night. They changed their policy after booking and the driver who confirmed had incorrect information. The hotel reimbursed our Uber charges.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, close to lots of eating areas.. pool is small but works for children. Parking is at the motel and not off site (huge plus) shuttle to and from airport was great!

The staff at the hotel were so attentive and kind. It is so convenient to leave your car where you are going to stay when you return from traveling. We appreciated the 24 hour availability to pick us up at the airport since our flight would not get in until midnight. We also certainly appreciated the friendly face and accommodating person that greeted us after a long day of travel and a 1:00 am arrival.

Easy making online reservations Our room was very nice and clean. Just wish there was a restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t have to leave to eat. The shuttle service was great both ways, nice not to have to worry about our car being left there. When we got back the shuttle driver took us to our car and off we went. Definitely will be back again!! Thank you

We had the same shuttle driver to and from, on our return back my car battery was dead! Our shuttle driver found jumper cables and a charger and got us on our way! I was elated!! He went above and beyond and I am eternally grateful for getting us safely home, as we had a 2.5 hour drive in the middle of the night!

This experience was overall fantastic. It was convenient and easy. The staff helped keep the process smooth and simple. They were able to answer questions via the phone prior and after booking. Liked the location and ability to park on site. The only downside is the walls are thin and the floor boards in rooms creak a lot. This didn't bother us and our sleep but it made it challenging preparing for a 4 a.m. shuttle time and not wanting everyone in the building disturbed by us getting ready. The return shuttle arrived about 5 minutes after we received our luggage which was incredible. Both drivers were friendly and very kind. Overall - fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much!

I chose Hilton Garden Inn because of the 24/7 shuttle to the airport and we were not disappointed. As a first time user of the service it couldn't have gone better.
