Hotel was Nasty. The shuttle was nasty and smelly. Only one shuttle. It was jammed packed during a pandemic. Everyone complained.

The hotel was great. Good, clean room; nicely laid out. Five stars on the shower. It had very good pressure. The staff at check-in on the evening had only been on board for a few weeks, so was not highly familiar with the Park, Sleep, Fly combo. This hotel may be new to this arrangement. She told me that the morning people would have better info. I was shuttled to the airport in the morning. And upon my return, I called the front desk number and I was returned back to the hotel to retrieve my parked vehicle. Worked out perfect.

had a difficult time on both parts of the package. It took a while to check in after calling while heading to the hotel to try and speed up the process since we were on the clock for getting to Dfw. When our plane landed in dew to return to the hotel - I called the hotel several times with no answer, so week took an Uber to the hotel. Ended up only parking my car their while we were on a trip and never slept in the hotel as planned. As for the manager - he was generous and helped us where he could.

I am very glad we used your service. One thing would have made it better was dropping us off closer to where we needed to be to both check in and to return. We had a very long walk for both. I have health problems so it was really tough to get to where we needed to be

Tried to call all day the day we were flying in to confirm shuttle.. no one answered.. we had to pay for a taxi to take us back to the hotel.. I will never use this again

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff in quiet area. Decent breakfast. Good place to leave cars (we left two). Would definitely stay again.

There was no shuttle service when I returned and I was informed that the scuttle form the hotel did not start running until 07:30 PM. My flight arrived at 2:30 PM and that I would need to wait to 07:30PM to receive shuttle service. I took a taxi which cost me $50.00.
