The ParkSleepFly concept is great! Very convenient. Great shuttle service. Comfortable & quiet room. Good food in the restaurant. This was my first time to stay here & use the ParkSleepFly service. When I first showed up, the front desk was not attentive. She was in front of a monitor & didn't even acknowledge me but looked up. When the other person was completed with his customer, he then acknowledged me & she then, reluctantly, my words, assisted me. She gave me no help on where my room was, signing up for the shuttle, where to eat, except for a specific place 5 miles away. She didn't even tell me about the hotel restaurant. I found that out on my own later. I would do ParkSleepFly again but probably not stay at this Holiday Inn. Sorry!

The people were very friendly and the hotel was clean, but the check in process was unorganized. I had let the people know I was parking my car, but they did not have me complete the necessary paperwork. I found out about the paperwork about 10 minutes before my shuttle left the next morning. Also I had put my name on the list for the shuttle service, but when I went to go get on it the next morning, it was basically every man for himself and I was not able to get on the shuttle. Had to pay for another van to take me to the airport.

Unfortunately, the shuttle was not running. They hired a taxi for us to take to airport, but nothing was available from the hotel. We understand it's because of the pandemic, but we would like to have known this upfront or we would've scheduled elsewhere.

The stay was good. However, the Shuttle service was absolutely horrible!!! We told the front desk what time we needed to be at the airport early in the morning, 30 min before we were suppose to leave they called our room to let us know the shuttle was about to leave due to a party that needed to leave. So we rushed downstairs to make the shuttle but the party was not even ready themselves. Then we called the shuttle when we got off the airplane after a 12 hour flight and reported to the gate they needed us to be. After waiting 20 min no one showed. I called the hotel and they said he was dropping off and would be there shortly and if he didnt see us he would call my phone. After another 10 min still no shuttle so I called back and they said he should be there any minute. An unmarked white van pulls up about 200 ft from where we were but I didn't think anything about it. The van sat there for at least 15 min. After an hour wait on the shuttle I called the hotel back again and told them no one has picked us up yet. She wasnt sure what the man would be driving and I looked around and asked if he was in a white van. She said he might be. I walked up to the unmarked white van and asked him if he was the shuttle to the Holiday inn. He was very rude and said yes. We proceeded to get into the UNMARKED white van ONLY because I recognized him from when he dropped us off earlier that wee. I said you have been sitting here for 15 min and you never told us you were our ride. He argued and said he called my number but he never did and showed him the call log. On the way back he turned off the radio and burned off at every stop sign and light we came to. We finally got back to the hotel and he never apologized and did not show any remorse in his actions at the airport. I think he was upset we ruined his little break. VERY disappointed and a horrible experience!

The first night of our travel wasn't bad. Our return stay after our trip was terrible. We had to take the toilet paper off of the holder in order to sit on the toilet. Found trash on the floor of the room. Room tiny compared to first room although reserved the same type and charged the same. Upon arising in the morning we had a note that the gas had been turned off so no breakfast or hot water to take a shower. After talking with the manager she gave us $30 off. TERRIBLE. We have stayed at Holiday Inns before and this bar none was the worse.

The hotel was extremely nice with beautiful rooms and a wonderful restaurant. Staff was amazing! They kept our car for almost a week and transported us to and from the airport. The drivers were so friendly and helpful. We will always stay at this hotel in the future when we fly out of DFW. We had a rough flight home and it was a late evening arrival, but the friend!y driver had us laughing in no time and fee!ing better. I highly recommend this hotel!

We changed from the La Quinta because we thought the shuttle took too long. We booked at the Holiday Inn paid more for the room and the hotel room was not clean. When we returned from our trip, it took 2 hours for the shuttle to pick us it. We are looking for another way to the airport.

The checking in process at the hotel was easy and smooth. When we returned from our trip and tried to check in after midnight the man said we had no reservation and that we were booked to stay the day we left for vacation instead of that last night. He told us he was going to charge us again for our room. We had our reservation paperwork and he said that is not how it usually worked. He was VERY rude, but ended up not charging us and letting us stay.

Really disappointed in the shuttle when we returned. Took the shuttle almost an hour to pick us up after we called. Said they were on the way. Called again and said they were there. Had to call again to get them to get us! Not happy about that!!!
