Crowne Plaza Milwaukee South - General Mitchell International Airport

Great stay!

Hotel was clean, staff went above and beyond on our return trip when we needed to stay an extra night as airline list our luggage with our car keys in them. They were very kind and understanding and willing to shuttle us back and forth to finally get our luggage! Thank you thank you

Everything was good the hotel the drive to the airport. It was just poor communication on our pick up. We waited over 30 minutes in the cold 63° windy crappy weather.

Service was excellent, hotel is showing its age. Employees are all trying hard with what they have.

Hotel was overall nice. Had a nice bar that was open til 11. Staff was friendly. We called the shuttle at 4:33. Another couple on our shuttle called at 4:13. After calling them back 3 times since the shuttle didn't show the woman (Terri) showed at 5:09. We obviously weren't happy. My girlfriend tried to put her own bags in the back and Terri almost slammed her hand in the door and screamed at her that she puts the bags back there. Then Terri says to my girlfriend to not have an attitude, because she had to get gas. She never said a word to Terri. We thought she was gonna apologize right away to us but it was quite the opposite. The funny part is the front desk said she was stuck in traffic. (There was absolutely NO traffic when we took our 5 minute Uber back.) Mind you the hotel is 2.1 miles away. She told us all to go find an Uber to take back to the hotel if we were going to have an attitude. So the other couple riding with us called all four of us an Uber. That cost 27 bucks with tip. This was the worst experience we've ever had traveling after a long day. Terri needs to be fired.

the process was very confusing

Room always clean and comfortable. Glad door locks are being changed as my cards never worked. Changed cards 3 times and the only way I could get in my room was with the assistance of maintenance person!

Clean, nicely furnished. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Dinner in the Altitude restaurant was delicious! Shuttle drivers are the best!!!!

We love staying at the Crowne Plaza before we leave for a trip, Their shuttle service is excellent! The rooms are very clean and well kept. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They even call to see if you need anything. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza.
