This hotel is the best kept secret. The staff are amazing (Tamara, Roberto, Courtney and Angela to name a few) they are so helpful and genuinely seem happy to help. The hotel I have to say is the best smelling place I've walked into.

When you book the room - it says to talk to the front desk to get shuttle info. No problem for getting to the airport, but getting picked up at the airport is a whole different story. Called Holiday Inn Express and asked to be picked up. They give me the phone number of the shuttle driver and I have to call him - all this while standing out in the cold at 11:30 pm. Why wasn't this phone # info given to us at the hotel?
