After checking in I was contacted while at a family function that I had to stop back at desk to fill out paper on vehicle that they forgot to have me do. Asked for shuttle to take to airport, when downstairs had to wait for shuttle to be warmed up, should have been done before. Coming home, called for shuttle pick-up, after 30 minutes, called again to find out she had just told him 5 minutes ago to come get us. It was 10 degrees outside. Extra people (friends) in van. We were paying customers.

Shuttle hours on park sleep fly were not the current hours the hotel offered. The pool hours were also not what was listed. Shuttle was unable to accommodate the number of people traveling in our party.

The shuttle service was horrible. They were not ready for us in the morning. When we got back we called and they said they would be there shortly. They never told us they were sending a taxi vs their shuttle van. We waited over 30 minutes and then the driver dropped us off at the hotel next door.

The shuttle never showed up to pick us up from the airport
