Staff was wonderful! Very nice and helpful! Our room was not though. We walked in and it smelled terribly of smoke. The front desk gave us spray which helped. We had to use the sofa bed and the mattress had a huge stain on it. There wasn’t any extra bedding to make it so we were just giving one sheet and a couple of super flat pillows. The other King bed was nice. If we never had to open the sofa bed, I would have rated higher because that bed was nice for the others in our group. Many of the outlets did not hold our chargers, they just fell out of the wall. It was hard to figure out a way to charge all of our electronics. The bathroom door squeaked so loudly too. Tub was dirty when we arrived. The shuttle staff was amazing!!! The ability to park for 8 days at the hotel was great too. It saved us from having to pay extra for airport parking.

The WORST experience ever. We arrived late were clearly inconveniencing the desk clerk, got no sleep due to tw woman fighting in our hall then outside, then a dog barking ( which we didn’t even realize was allowed in the hotel)…. Just the worst! Will never go back

Hotel was dirty. The whole place reeked of marijuana. The shuttle service was fine on the way to the airport, however upon return we couldn’t get anyone at the hotel to answer the phone to send it to pick us up. We too and Uber back to the hotel. Very disappointing!

All ok except we had to call another phone numbers to get the transfer van to come collect us

Modern room, cozy bed. Staff not friendly. Came back from trip to find a long scrape down the side of my car! Not happy!

This place was terrible! There were dead bugs in the windowsill, the heater vent was filthy, no soap in the bathroom, washcloths were so thin you could see through them, no hair dryer, door didn’t lock at all. I made a reservation for the airport shuttle for 4am., received a call later saying that they were full at 4 and I could be on the 4:15 shuttle. In the morning, the “shuttle “ was someone’s car because the shuttle had a heater problem! On the return trip to the hotel, we were told they don’t pick up at the international terminal! They wanted us to go to the domestic terminal and wait !!!! Never heard of such nonsense! Never again!!!

Room marginally clean with debris on floor. Hotel in need of some renovation. Some has been done, but definitely some tired carpeting. Breakfast very marginal with really bad coffee. Shuttle van very worn out with broken seatbelts, but driving staff very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Morning desk and breakfast staff seemed overworked and crabby.

Staff was friendly, place was clean. Car was in good shape when we returned.

Perfect location, the parking and shuttle worked great! Missed breakfast because we had to leave to early but would of like to be offered some continental snacks possibly. Being able to have the dog along was work the $25 extra.

Clean room which is most important in any stay. Received call from front desk a couple hours before we checked in asking for credit card number again under threat of releasing our room. Turns out credit card was OK and someone made a mistake. Threatening to release our room was not appreciated whatsoever. Free shuttle to airport was flawless. Upon return trip, I followed instructions given to us by hotel to obtain free shuttle back to hotel. Informed by shuttle desk lady at airport that they would not take my entire family because we did not have car seats for our 4-year old twins. I had to leave my family at the airport while I went to retrieve our vehicle. Not happy at all.

Nice hotel and close to the airport.

The hotel itself was fine but hospitality was not great... staff talking amongst themselves not a lot of guidance. When we returned called hotel and they did not want to come get us at the international terminal. Airport staff had to call Katie and beg for them to do it. If not we would have had to be on additional shuttles and lengthen our already long trip. Disappointing. We would not stay at country inn again.

Adequate for overnight stay. Parking lot was not properly cleared of snow.

Hotel was dirty. First room smelled like cigarettes, so I requested a new room. Second room hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Floor was dirty. Booked a room for my return upon check in- before I saw the rooms- and wish I would have chosen a new hotel.

Hotel needs updating

Our shuttle never came and we ended up having to drive our car to the airport and pay for parking there so that we wouldn’t miss our flight. It was a waste of our money and time! I would not recommend this service to anyone! The hotel did refund the parking fee but it was a drop in the bucket compared to what we had to pay for parking for a week at the airport!

Front desk staff courteuos. Breakfast was great! Room & bed very comfortable.
