Only Marginal at best at this place and they had no record of reservation. I told the front desk that I needed a shuttle to Mitchell Airport at 3:15 am since I flight out at 5:00 am and the front desk staff told me that shuttle doesn't start service until 4:15 am since they kept telling me the Airport doesn't open up until 5:00 am. Also, the front desk gals kept speaking Mexican between one another which I thought was very unprofessional. I will never stay at the Best Western Milwaukee Airport ever again!!

The hotel is extremely close to the airport. The shuttle drivers were great! Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was wonderful to be able to park there, with lots of parking available

This hotel is an older building, so with that being said, it was in good repair and clean. It was perfect for my needs: a place to stay before an early flight and a place to park my car for the duration of my trip.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Restaurant on site was important to me and the special I ordered that evening was very good. Van driver to and from the airport was prompt and very friendly also.

We will always stay here the night before an early flight -- it took all of the stress out of having to be to the airport by 5am. Great night's sleep, safe parking, easy/quick shuttle to the airport in the morning and prompt pick up upon our return. Thank you for the great service!
