Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The shuttle going to the airport was timely, however on the return there was an issue getting the shuttle. The phone number they gave to me to call the shuttle had an auto response telling us "this number is not taking messages". After calling the hotel, they also were having issues reaching the shuttle company (Wisco). The manager then took things into her own hands to be sure that we were picked up and that was immediate. The manager was wonderful, and we appreciated her great service and friendliness. She was nothing short of amazing.
