Hotel itself was fine. Shuttle had flat tire but they had no back-up. Was suggested to use Uber and submit for reimbursement...will see if that pans out. First call for return shuttle from airport was refused (414-284-0139), 2nd call (414-762-2266) brought a shuttle promptly.

The hotel was fine, except the room had a potent potpourri smell going on....did not help my allergies. Love that they call an Uber for shuttle to airport and back. Works well.

Hotel was good for the price. Great location in regards to the airport. Hotel needs some updating. Their shuttle service was very responsive. Overall, we would stay there again when flying.

Hotel is a bit dated but our room was clean. Shuttle driver did not show up at hotel for the time we needed to go in the a.m. but the desk clerk quickly remedied this and called for an Uber. Shuttle picked us up at 10:30 p.m. and was there within 10 -15 of calling. Excellent! Hotel is located by a few restaurants so that is convenient also.

The hotel was great and reasonable! Front desk friendly, room was very clean and big, shuttle driver prompt and courteous and it was a quick ride to/from the airport. I highly recommend.

Shuttle service to airport was on time. Someone was there to pick us up immediately on our return flight. Would definitely use La Quinta again.

If you are looking for a fairly economical place to stay for one night and park, this is the place. Our room was clean and we were provided a limited breakfast in the morning. There is an Applebee's next door if you are in need of lunch or dinner. The shuttle service was quick and easy to the airport. A Lift driver was provided for us when we returned. Staff was friendly.

Hotel desk woman was the greatest. I think her name was Laney. She was very understanding with my husband having a stroke when we were in Oregon. We had to leave our truck there 9 days longer. Thanks so much. She was the best.
